FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTAL: Brand new in 2016! Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse with a bay view and a pool. The first floor has a family room that opens up to a deck. This can serve nicely as a bedroom with a queen sleep sofa, TV, closet, and a door to close off for privacy. There are two other bedrooms on this floor that share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and Bedroom #2 has pyramid bunk beds with an additional single trundle bed. The living area is on the second floor. The living room leads to a second deck where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets after a day of fun at the beach or pool. A roomy dining room is connected to the modern kitchen. The 2nd floor has a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and utility sink. A half bath is also included for convenience. Bedroom #3, with a queen size bed and its own bathroom with a shower, is on the third floor. The Master Suite, Bedroom #4, has a king size bed and bathroom with a double sink and shower. This townhouse has several nice touches that will add to your vacation enjoyment. It features hardwood floors throughout. All three TVs are smart TVs for Netflix, Amazon, etc. There is even an additional full refrigerator in the garage for your outdoor food/beverage convenience while relaxing at the pool! Avalon's unique downtown area with restaurants, shops, and entertainment is only a half a block away.
