Great place to stay!

Fantastic place to stay! Great neighborhood! Our host was great to work with! Beautiful home in an awesome neighborhood. We got into Nashville before check in time and he referred us to a great neighborhood cafe/bar called the Red Headed Stranger. Was a great place to go and was within walking distance of the house. The house does have a lot of stairs but it wasn’t a problem for any of us. All 6 of us range in age from 68 to 74. Would definitely stay again!

Great for couples

We had three couples and this rental worked out great. Everyone’s had their own space with en-suite. Management responded quickly with any questions. Transitional neighborhood that was a quick uber to downtown. The only negative was we were told to only use the back door (assuming for added security on the front). That was kind of a pain when ordering Ubers and trying to walking around the whole building as there wasn’t a direct path of our own.

Great location for downtown Nashville and East Nashville

Property was perfect for 3 couples. Very convenient to downtown - short Uber ride and also lots of great places in East Nashville. So many, in fact, that couldn’t visit all! Will have to come back again! Property owner was very nice to deal with, they were prompt in responding and gave very clear and informative information prior to check in. Also provided great info about Nashville! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very nice place. Two issues:-The first floor needs better heating -Using the dish washer made the sink backup.

Great for couples

The separate rooms and bathrooms were great for couples! 10 minute Uber from the house. A couple things that could be improved on... the patio area/balcony. Needs to be cleaned up. Moldy/mildew. Table was dirty, like it just doesn't get used. Could be cleaner and more inviting. Also, it's so nice to have every day necessities when your traveling and renting a house. This one had very limited Kitchen supplies. Over all the house was great. Didn't walk anywhere from the house, WI unsure what was within walking distance to do.

Weekend trip to Nashville.

Perfect location for our weekend trip to Nashville. The house is in a quiet location and only a short trip to downtown Nashville by car. The house was welcoming and comfortable for our weekend stay. Very responsive communication with the property manager before and during our stay.

Amazing Location and Great Amenities!

This property was absolutely perfect for our Nashville stay. We were three couple traveling together and this home allowed us all to have our own little oasis while staying together. Each room has its own en-suite so it was like mini hotel rooms while having your own kitchen and living area. Super easy to communicate with owners. Book here!!

Perfect place to stay while visiting Nashville.

This is the perfect property to stay at while visiting Nashville. Literally a 5 minute drive to downtown and all of the festivities. Beautiful condo and very clean, it was perfect for our group celebrating a 50th birthday. Wish the kitchen was a little better stocked with utensils and a griddle, but all in all a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great quiet location

We’re four seniors who travel together and we really appreciate this lovely space. There are 3 floors, with the master on the third, just to be aware of. We didn’t have an issue with the stairs but realize that some seniors might. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with several local eateries close, and many more just a few blocks away. Also, the drive to Broadway was quick and easy. We went downtown every day! Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We especially loved the ease of cleanup! Wish all VRBO’s were like this!
