Why JD & Tina chose Downtown San Diego
My wife and I bought in this location because we love downtown San Diego. Our other homes have been so successful we decided to add a third. This home was selected because it is one of the few single family homes downtown. It is one of the largest homes in all downtown, We could paint it bright blue and have it as short-term rental it without the worry of a home owner's association. The interesting style of these homes won numerous awards for the builder. It features tilt up concrete construction. We also liked the fact that the garage is attached. We do not have to go through a public elevator to get into the unit.
What makes this House unique
There is simply nothing else like it for rent downtown with the exception of our other home. It also is a single family home which means renting it out is not violating a home owners association policy, every condo downtown cannot be rented for less than 30 days. Owners still do it but you never know when it will become an issue for one of their guests. No such worries with this home.
