Great place for a family vacation

There are a few small things that are in need of repair but the views are spectacular and my family enjoyed their stay and we would stay here again.

Short stay but it was very nice..

We were on vacation from June 22nd to June 29th, at another beach house close by and decide to stay til Monday found your place for the short weekend so we can stay a couple of more days we really enjoyed your place it was beautiful and great location .. Thank you

We loved the sunset. The views were amazing. Great property. We got there earlier than check in and they let us check in without any issues or extra fees.

Relaxation

We stayed here during the kids spring break, amazing 2nd story condo with beach front access and views, very specious condo with a 180 degree view. Loved the house due to the beach access. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Perfect for a family

Easy access to the beach, wonderful neighborhood, and perfect parking for large vehicles. We rented a full size suburban which we could fit side by side under the carport with our daughter in laws Ford focus.

Great Ocean Getaway

The property did NOT disappoint! You are just step from the sand and ocean. Volleyball courts that our family loved playing. Never left the property from the time we checked in on Friday and left on Monday. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, ocean front Mission Beach rental

Our stay was exceptional. Located right on the beach, we listened to the waves each night, had a cool ocean breeze, swam in the ocean, walked everywhere we needed to go. The unit itself was well appointed, stylish, and comfortable - everything we needed to cook / grill was there. Check in was easy through the App and management was attentive and quickly answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit and Avant.

Beautiful views but some issues

This is a really beautiful place in a great area. Honestly I would have nothing bad to say except for the bed in the master was awful. It is sunken in on one side and obviously due to be replaced. Also the day we were leaving I noticed a ton of maggots on the stairs and around the exterior door next to them. The trash cans were in that area and hadn’t been emptied so it could have been from that. For the money, I would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

Spacious and well equipped beach house

Perfectly located on the sand and well furnished, a large beach house on second floor, offering great sunset views and privacy but requires stair climbing. Groceries and restaurants nearby, old town within ten minutes drive. Laundry ensuite. Well managed, with additional concierge services available for an extra charge.

AWESOME!

It was a great trip with family and friends. Beach is amazing. Once we parked our car we didn’t move it till we left, walked everywhere. I would suggest cooking, the view from kitchen is amazing! Only complaint…. We didn’t stay long enough😀

Great View and Great Location

We are a family of 8 and fit comfortable. The views were amazing and played volleyball right out our door everyday. We walked and rode bikes to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park. Just don’t leave bikes locked outside over night. Ours were stolen. Otherwise great place to stay and felt safe!

Perfect location and view!

This is a great property and the property management group is awesome. Easy to communicate and coordinate with with anything we needed. They even brought us another beach chair when one broke! The best thing about this property is location, location, location. Beach front, great view from the windows, close to everything. Overall the home was very clean and maintained for being beach front. There are a few small things that need some work as other reviews state but they were minimal. We loved our time here and would definitely consider this home again in the future!

Mission Beach

We had problems with the electricity but were able to find the switch panel and take care of the issue. The water pipes were making a noise. There was construction next door and the workers were very loud starting 7 AM.
