In the heart of Strasbourg's pedestrian city center, 3 minutes from Strasbourg Cathedral, the Marceau apartment is perfect for a family stay or a trip with friends. Fully equipped and renovated in 2015, you will be charmed by its atmosphere and conviviality.
It consists of:
a living room/dining room with a double sofa bed
an open fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and toaster)
two bedrooms with two single beds each
a bathroom with bathtub
separate toilets
The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator, nevertheless, it is necessary to first climb a staircase of 20 steps.
The Grandes Arcades street being pedestrian, you can access by car at the bottom of the building only at certain times (from 6am to 11am in the morning). But the public parking lot "Gutenberg" (open 24/24) is located near (50m) from the apartment.
The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you best during your stay:
cleaning will be done,
beds will be made with clean sheets, and a sofa bed kit will be available,
clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel,
free WIFI connection
This historic neighborhood has many local shops.
The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (These equipments are designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the baby bed, the mattress dimension is 60x120cm or reserve the "baby bed linen" option as an extra.
Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.
House Rules:
This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.
Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 30€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.
For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.
A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
