This three-bedroom, three-bath condominium, offered by Hodnett Cooper, is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beach Club 221 is decorated with beach and golf themes complemented by traditional heavy moldings, plantation shutters and ceiling fans throughout. The tiled dining area seats six at a glass-topped table and leads directly to the tiled living area with queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, easy chair and 42" flat-screen television with Blu-Ray DVD player. From the living area, slider doors lead to the balcony with patio furniture overlooking the picturesque courtyard and view of the ocean. The fully-equipped kitchen has been recently remodeled with new cabinetry, quartz countertops, tile and lighting. Off the kitchen is a large capacity stacked washer and dryer.

The master suite features a king bed, wall-mounted flat-screen television, desk and sitting area. Slider doors from the master lead to the balcony. The newly remodeled master bath includes a garden tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Two guest bedrooms are each furnished with twin beds, wall-mounted flat-screen televisions and connecting newly remodeled baths with tub or shower. The living area features a sleeper sofa.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center.

The perfect place to work at the beach and enjoy family too!

Perfect size for two couples with three teenagers. Kitchen and sitting area is a bit tight, but fine. Location is out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to the action. The credit on beach gear was a nice bonus.

Great Value for a St. Simons Getaway

Our family had an excellent beach mini-vacation at this condominium. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The condo had all the kitchen amenities and tools needed to feed a family to save some dollars meals made in-house. The bedrooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and in great working condition; the master bathroom shower room (it was that large) was great. The onsite pool was a nice size. The walk to the beach through the property was only 5 minutes and there was plenty of space for everyone on the beach. If you're looking for a place for your family, or even a guys/girls getaway weekend, this property has everything you'll need to enjoy St. Simons.

Small Family of 5 Beach Vakay

The 3 bedroom condo (221) was good for a family of 5. I was expecting it to be a bit bigger but it was fine for 3 adults and 2 small kids. The layout of the condo was functional. It could use a few modern updates/touches. It was nice to have a large community pool, small kids pool and hot tubs.. The condo is on the beach but you do have to walk aways to get close to the water. Overall the condo is in a good location, it's good for a small family and close to restaurants. We enjoyed out time.

Family Weekend

Had a great weekend getaway with two of our adult children plus a friend. Plenty of room, clean close to downtown. The pool was the highlight of this property. Prefer the Jekyl Islamd Beach over St Simon’s but the walk was just a few minutes to the beach. Parking was kinda tight.
