The efficiency accommodations are a great alternative to a hotel room with much more space and a great location. Salt Air #310 is appointed with an efficiency style kitchen with two-burner cook top, sink and full size refrigerator. A stack washer and dryer is provided for your convenience.

Community amenities include a swimming pool, covered parking, and privacy gate.

This community is conveniently located to the St. Simons Village shops and restaurants. Additionally, Salt Air Villas are located less than 3/4 of a mile from the public beach access at the King & Prince.

Beautiful building

The room was nice with a huge balcony. It was clean and well kept only complaint was that you could literally hear neighbors conversations.

A quiet place with good security

Overall a great quiet place with easy access to the beaches within 3-5 minutes drive. Also within 5 minutes walk of some good restaurants. Clean and secure.

Absolutely Clean and quiet

The very first thing I notice was how clean this place was from the garage to the elevator to the walkway was exceptionally clean. No trash or dirt no where. The room was bigger than I thought. The room was clean no dust or dirt no where. Even the patio was clean. Everything you could possibly need is provided. All the furniture is older but, it is sturdy and works. I enjoyed my stay. This was my honeymoon and it was very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay again. Thank you so much for your cleanliness.

Thanksgiving week getaway

Perfect for a small family!!!

Old and loud

The walls were very thin and you could hear everything including outside noise and even the tv and conversations in other units. The unit itself was clean but old. The walls were patched with paint that did not match, the bed sounded like it was gonna fall in when you moved. The unit also didn’t have any shampoo or dish/laundry soap. They requested we wash dishes before leaving but we didn’t have soap so we left them rinsed in the sink. Overall it was acceptable for a quick trip where we didn’t stay in the unit much but it wasn’t as nice as other VRBOs I’ve stayed at previously
