Beautiful 1360 square foot home on 2 acres. Modern, shed roof design with great windows and view of Grizzly Peak. Quiet and peaceful but only 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Ashland. Deck with propane fire table. Kitchen with quartz countertops and island, custom Italian appliances. One bedroom has a california king with attached master bathroom, the other bedroom has a queen bed with a separate bathroom. Perfect for a couples getaway and great for those visiting Ashland for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Wireless internet and Satellite TV.

This property was delightful! Plenty of space for 2 couples and a well stocked kitchen! What made this place really shine is the east facing deck! On a summer evening it was fully shaded and we were entertained all thru late evening and dusk bird watching. In the mornings we had some deer and a jack rabbit visit! Would definitely return if we ever return to this area!

The house was just as advertised. Beautiful views of the Ashland Valley. It was so nice to have an escape just minutes from downtown and the amazing restaurants.

This is a beautiful place in the hills just above Ashland. It's even more spacious and lovely than the photos show. It's clean, uncluttered and is well decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed the views each day and the solitude, while still only being a very quick drive away from downtown. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Easy check-in; very responsive hosts. Well supplied kitchen with all the implements that you need. We made ourselves a lovely meal on arrival and sat at the beautiful dining room table enjoying the view! Would highly recommend.

Loved our stay!

This house is very modern and clean. And had all the amenities you would want. The views and deck are great. The owners were super helpful and accommodating when we had to contact them. Would stay again for sure.

Great stay!

This property in Ashland is so awesome. What a beautiful quiet nature-filled setting. Smells brand new, the beds were so comfy, the kitchen well stocked. We even found a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us upon check-in. Dori was so easy to work with we would definitely stay here again.

Dori and Sean are both veterinarians and professors of veterinary medicine at the University of California, Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine. Dori grew up in Oregon and Sean grew up on the East Coast. Both have fallen in love with Ashland and are excited to share their lovely home with you.
