Gorgeous, updated 9,800 sq ft home positioned in between fresh water quarry and horse farm. House has a private dock you can sit and enjoy coffee or cocktails. Also enjoy the in ground heated pool and 8 person spa.

With five bedrooms and 4 full baths, the house can easily accommodate 10 guests, but we can make arrangements for more if necessary. The home has been completed updated in 2018 and is fresh and comfortable.
Theater room in lower level.

Churchill Downs is conveniently located 25 minutes from the property, so you can enjoy your days at the track and then unwind in the completely serene environment of the home. We are also offering a concierge service to help with reservations, transportation and basic daily needs for a small additional fee.
