Amazing place!!!! I really loved staying here. I loved the decoration and how everything was laid out. There was enough towels and beach chair. Had beach umbrellas and chairs a wagon. And the communication was excellent. Really loved this place and will be going back in the future. Oh and the view was 10/10

We had a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful, spacious home in an excellent location. The walk to the beach was even closer than expected and very manageable with two small children, which was a huge plus. The only minor note was that the floors could have been a bit cleaner, as we found ourselves keeping shoes on indoors. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, would absolutely recommend the property, and would happily return

The condo was very clean and well kept. There’s plenty of beach supplies (chairs, wagon, umbrellas, sand toys, even a cooler) in the spare bedroom closet to use. The views from the balcony were gorgeous! Easy access to the pools and the beach. Great location too!

This condo was the best! Very spacious, clean well decorated. The host has provided everything you need. I was very pleased with this condo. I was actually surprised when we walked in because by looking at the pictures you really can’t tell how big the condo is. This place was bigger than I expected. It is definitely a 5 minute walk to the beach. So keep that in mind when you are loading the beach wagon. The security guy will definitely check to make sure you have your wrist bands at the pool so don’t forget them. There is not one negative thing I could say about our stay. From the time we got there until the time we left it was great. We will definitely be coming back to this one.

Lovely condo

The condo was clean and just perfect for our 2 small families. It had everything we needed: access to pool, close to the beach (wagon and toys for the beach were at the condo for our use). I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

We loved this condo. It was comfortable, clean , nice furniture and outdoor furniture as well. The wrap around balcony was very nice and enjoyed the ocean view. We would recommend staying here and we would book this for future vacations.

I love Destin

Beautiful condo. Looks just like the pictures...would’ve been 5 stars but unit needs some updates, beach chairs and wake/boogie boards were broken and unusable...as well as guest bedroom has a full size bed instead of a queen....this wasn’t noted in the description. But definitely will stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at your property; however we thought we the facility had a hot tub and it did not. Need more dish towels. Great location and quite residents. Would stay again.

Great views

Corner unit provided lots of windows for light and views. Sunsets were amazing. Beds were comfortable. There were Recommendations provided for restaurants which were nearby and all good. Just be prepared for wind around buildings. According to residents it’s always there due to the way buildings are situated.

Nice place but very busy!

We enjoyed the stay although not our best time. Consolidated was nice although when we checked in, there was a cleaning bucket left in the middle of the room and the carpet runner was held rolled up. Not a huge deal but a little strange. Beach was incredibly busy. All in all we had a good time.

This was due to an unexpected AC clogged drain line above our unit that leak into our unit and required immediate attention. Our team had to take quick action to prevent any further damage and ensure guest safety. We actually thought the onsite maintenance had move this items back into place after the issue was resolved. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I'm extremely happy we were able to get this resolved before your arrival.

It's a bit unfair to fault us for something that simply didn't happen. Awesome rental!

Our family (3 adults, 2 teens and a pre-teen) stayed at Emerald Eden for Spring Break and it was absolutely perfect. The condo was beautiful. It was clean, had fantastic views and was centrally located. The management company made check-in very easy. All passes were located in the condo when we arrived. The pools were awesome (it was a little chilly the first 2 days so the kids really enjoyed the heated pool), short walk to the beach, places to eat, and shop. This was our first time in Destin & it won't be our last. We will definitely rent this unit or another unit inside the Ariel Dunes complex again. Thanks for a great time!
