Välkommen till Klubbhuset på Trestle Building! En historisk byggnad med fantastisk utsikt över Lower Harbor i centrala Marquette. Du kommer att vara inom gångavstånd till allt som downtown Marquette har att erbjuda, inklusive Ellwood Mattson Park, restauranger, barer, cykelvägen, stranden, breakwall etc. Denna lägenhet är en trappa upp från Rosewood Walkway och öppnar till ett expansivt bo utrymme med fyra sovrum, två fulla bad, ett pulver rum och en top-of-the-line kock kök. Nio personer kan bo här bekvämt med ett kung rum, två queen rum, en full säng och ett våningssäng rum som lätt kan sova tre (full storlek madrass på botten våningssäng, tvilling på toppen). Vi har WiFi, naturligtvis, kabel, en sex brännare gasutrymme för matlagning och ett däck att sitta ute och njut av utsikten. Det finns ingen plats parkering (du kan hitta en plats på gatan och vi erbjuder två parkeringspass i Baraga Lot bara ett kvarter från lägenheten!). This is by far our favorite rental property! We’ve stayed here four times now and absolutely love it. The home is beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. The location is amazing, and it’s stocked with everything we need—including thoughtful extras that make the stay even more special. The beds are super comfortable, and communication with the host is always excellent. We truly can’t say enough good things—we’ll definitely be back!

Comfort, location & views!

What a gem! Rented this to have a home base for family during NMU 20205 graduation. Home is exactly how it felt, the hosts take pride in the space and it shows. Very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Appreciated the attention to detail. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great location, close to lots of great places - however the space is so nice you may not feel like leaving. We enjoyed cooking together and family time in the great kitchen and open space.

Amazing Location

Spent 2 nights in Marquette for our son’s graduation! Location was prime and the Clubhouse was definitely the most accommodating and enjoyable experience we’ve had since visiting Marquette over the last 3 years. Beautiful condo and the view is like out of a PAINTING! Highly recommended!

Great for Family

The unit had everything we needed for six adults and three kids under 5 years old. Spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and bright when we arrived, a welcome sight after six hours on the road. We highly recommend.

Perfect Stay in Marquette

We had the pleasure of staying in the Penthouse for our niece’s wedding. It is very well appointed and online pictures perfectly depicted the quality and care of the unit. Communications from owners were frequent and detailed. Location is fabulous with walking access to all the shops and dinning options downtown Marquette has to offer. If you find yourself needing a place to stay in Marquette, I would highly recommend.

Our family getaway

We really enjoyed this amazing condo in the heart of downtown. We were able to easily enjoy all the fun aspects of being in town while enjoying the paved trail along the lakeshore. The ultimate VRBO experience!

We were in Marquette for a large family reunion. My husband and I invited my son and family to join us. Our grandchildren range from 8 to 14 and we all loved the freshness and well appointed space. Add the view and location and we all were in heaven!

Outstanding property

This property has everything you could ask for. I hesitate to keep going because we want to be able to keep booking it. We already tried for another stay but they were booked. It is well appointed and well situated. We love the location. Walking distance to food, shops and the university.

Spectacular Property with Awesome View!

The Clubhouse is quite simply AMAZING! The description and photos don't really do it justice. It is very comfortable and extremely well supplied / furnished (and we should know -- we have stayed in a number of VRBO properties). The beds were very comfortable too. Oh, and the kitchen with it's 6-burner gourmet range was a real treat to use. Overall, we had a great time here and would not hesitate to rent it again. Thanks guys!!!

Best rental in Marquette

I don’t want to lose this hidden gem but it’s truly the best rental in Marquette. Its absolutely stunning and the host was amazing. No notes. Would highly recommend. It’s right downtown right above the wine shop. I’m telling you if you’re browsing thinking about it just do it. I will only ever rent this place from now on.

Beyond Expectations!!

This condo couldn't have been more perfect for our recent family vacation in Marquette. View of the water! Spacious bedrooms & baths. Great open kitchen & living area. The extra touches like the welcome bowl of goodies, umbrellas at the entry door, coffee and basic supplies were perfect. The location puts you in the heart of downtown and Lakeshore Drive so walking everywhere was fun & convenient. Loved the MQT decor and how beautiful every single room was. Can't wait to make another trip back in the future.

Great find.

We love Marquette and decided that for this trip, we would try to find someplace in town to stay. The Clubhouse was the perfect location. Downtown with the view of the harbor and ore dock from a nice sized deck. And Oredock Brewing and the Vierling just steps away! Beautiful condo with a large family space due to the open concept. It’s just as represented in the photos, clean and bright. Very comfortable beds and nice sized baths. The kitchen is very well equipped, my sister needed an electric mixer for a dip, and she found one! Melissa, Ryan and Leanne were on top of everything, they are superb hosts. We have already reserved again for a family trip next summer.

Born and raised in Marquette, MI, I am an original Yooper Girl. I met my husband Ryan in Anchorage, Alaska where we currently work and reside. He too is from the great midwest, a Minnesota boy! Being that we love the midwest, the Upper Peninsula and Marquette specifically, we decided to get married overlooking Lake Superior. During our wedding planning trip we were introduced to this space through our wedding photographers assistant Monica. From the moment we entered the space we fell in love with The Clubhouse, so much so, we booked it immediately for our wedding in July 2017. We since spend each Fourth of July enjoying Marquette with our families in this fantastic space. So when we came for our trip and noticed the clubhouse was up for sale it peeked our interest and we knew then we would love to own it. This in turn fostered a truly wonderful relationship with Katy (the previous owner) and the incredible flipper of this wonderful building. We feel very lucky to have made this dream come true and we are so very thankful to Katy for all her hard work and care in getting this space to where it now stands. As the new owners, The Clubhouse gives us the perfect excuse to make trips back to the quaint City of Marquette. We love this place as much as Katy did and we hope you enjoy it too.

While visiting our hometown one year, my sisters and I found this historic building that needed lots of attention. We refurbished it lovingly and hence, The Trestle Building! I hope you enjoy your stay at The Clubhouse! It's one of three apartments and home to The Zephyr Bar - an exquisite wine bar with lovely small plates. Be sure to stop in during your visit

You and your family and/or friends will love staying at The Clubhouse at The Trestle Building! With plenty of space to spread out, four bedrooms, two and a half baths and a deck you will never want to leave! Although if you do, everything is in close proximity whether it be hiking, biking, beaching, eating, shopping or bar-hopping, you've got it all right here.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

In 2014, the previous owner Katy and her two sisters went to Marquette to watch the dog sled races - the UP 200. They happened upon this building that had been neglected. Although it was in need a lot of work, it was love at first sight: they couldn't get the view out of our minds! This is Marquette, the view of the ore dock says it all. The Trestle Building is a very special property. They called their refurbished building 'The Trestle Building' because a railroad trestle that connected to the ore dock use to pass right by it. But the trestle was torn down in the 1990's and left behind the walkway that gains you access to the apartment. It's a display of our community's history and what made this town so wonderful to live in, the economy is built through mining, but most importantly the people and community it brought. Whether you come to Marquette often or have never been, we promise you will enjoy all that Marquette has to offer from this wonderful centrally located property with views you cannot beat!
