BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

SANITATION:
- Delivering an ultra-clean property is our top priority. 100% of the fee is paid directly to our professional cleaner.
- We require interim cleanings by our professional cleaner for stays of 15 days or more. Additional cleaning charges may apply to the final cleaning for stays 21 days or more.

Please note:
-This is a duplex with separate entrances and outdoor areas on opposite ends of the house. You will not physically encounter guests in the other unit.
-Although we have soundproofed common walls, you may hear sounds from the other unit. Please let us know of noise is a problem so we can address the issue.
-No smoking inside. We allow smoking outdoors, but please remove all butts. $200 charge for smoking inside the home and $50 charge for outdoor clean up.

Great apartment/home near everything

We stayed here for Emory graduation and to visit relatives in Buckhead. Great location for both! Place was so cute and decorated so well. Fixtures and appointments were all brand new. Very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Loved our stay.

Perfect loco

The property is located in a great, quiet neighborhood very near everything we wanted to do (restaurants, Botanical Gardens, shops, etc.). It was clean, well stocked, well decorated, and communication with the hosts was excellent. I would definitely recommend this Vrbo property.

The house was super clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable and to feel totally at home. It was also centrally located to all the sites and activities we were interested in around the Atlanta area. Most places were within 15 to 20 minutes or less. The neighborhood is very beautiful and peaceful and there is off street parking for two cars. Highly recommend it,

Wonderful house in lovely neighborhood. Owner’s attentive and replied to questions promptly. Best to have a car or use Uber as restaurants and shops are quite a long walk.

A perfectly appointed bungalow

Every detail was considered in this charming spot, from special products in bathrooms, soft bed linens, thoughtful food items and drinks. The place was close to Atlanta shops and restaurants but tucked into a quiet, wooded neighborhood. The host was helpful and considerate. We would love to return.

Wonderful!

This was our first family trip to Atlanta and we were pleasantly surprised with our visit. The area was beautiful, and the thoughtfulness put into the details of the home just made it perfect. We came to town to see a Braves game and attend a concert and could not have been happier with our choice. Would HIGHLY recommend to other visitors!

We spent six days enjoying this gem - a beautiful, green, quiet oasis with every amenity provided. Our hosts were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had exactly what we needed for our stay. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, each space is considerately designed for its intended use. Perfect spot for family

We had a wonderful week in this adorable home, which was so close to my sister and her family in Atlanta. The house was spotless, the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed, and we were easily able to make ourselves comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet, leafy neighborhood and its convenient location to grocery stores, dining, shopping, the Fernbank Museum, etc. It made planning our excursions very easy. This property is 100% staying on my list of options for our next visit. Thank you for having us!

Excellent Stay!

My family and I rented this property for spring break in ATL. Kathie was very responsive and extremely attentive to our needs (for example, advising us of pending storms and amenities to keep my family safe and comfortable). Unfortunately, the patio off of the master BR was in an area that stayed wet (lots of rain during our stay); so we were unable to enjoy that feature; however, the location was perfect for visiting local attractions. The home is fully stocked; well beyond other air b&bs that my family has visited in the past. Will be back to visit!

Lovely 2 bedroom house in Midtown

This is a lovely property. Kathie has attended to many details. Soaps and shampoos are available as well as spices , paper products, dishsoap etc. Beds are super comfy with high quality sheets. Nicely decorated inside and out. Quick and easy communication. Thank you for the fresh flowers.

Pride weekend/working weekend

One of my coworkers was one of the grand marshals in the pride parade. We had a booth at the pride festival and worked the booth and marched in the parade. The house was the perfect distance from Piedmont park! Not to far to scoot around or take an Uber to everywhere we needed to be! The neighborhood was quiet and the home was beautiful! We are already looking forward to next year and hopefully will be able to stay/play again!

Amazing!

Cannot begin to describe how much we enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located perfectly, in walking distance to many things and a short drive to many other things. It is a quiet shaded neighborhood and it felt so welcoming when we would arrive back in the evenings to be greeted by the warm glow of the patio lights. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need from snacks, drinks, drinks, condiments and spices, to toiletries, makeup wipes, lotion, etc. There wasn’t a think we could have wanted or needed that they didn’t already think of. Truly a gem in Atlanta. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Best vacation rental I've stayed in!

Adorable place in a nice calm neighborhood. Grocery stores within walking distance, only a short drive from Piedmont Hospital, with some shops and restaurants nearby as well. Everything was super clean, the home has everything you might need and the beds are out of this world comfortable. Slept better than I do in my own house! Host is super helpful and welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. We loved our time in Atlanta and will definitely be staying here again for our next trip!

They thought of everything!

Kathie and Jay thought of everything in their bungalow! It was extremely clean and well-appointed. Check-in was easy and Kathie responded quickly to my questions and messages. They provided some snack/ drink items to get you started and also provide personal care items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up removal towelettes) all or which was so, so helpful. There are plenty of towels and pillows. We needed to be near Emory University and this was very close. This home has three TVs so everyone has room to watch what they want. The location is a quiet residential area that is close to a main road with plenty of food options in the area. Kathie also sent a great list of recommendations. She also checked on us a day into our stay.This is just a really, really great VRBO! We had a great time and would highly recommend this unit. It is tied for first place in my list of places I have stayed, with Breezy Bear. (I have now experienced many VRBOs.) I would definitely book here again! Thank you Kathie and Jay!
