It is located 5 minutes walk from the beaches of VAL ANDRE and its customs path. Very close to the port of DAHOUET with its shops: bakery, local grocery store, cafes and restaurants.

The seaside resort is very lively in summer and many activities are offered there: water sports, sea trips to the island of Bréhat, sand yachting, surfing, paragliding, hiking, tennis, golf, marine spa ...
* Splendid landscapes all along the Penthièvre Coast: CAP d'ERQUY, SABLES D'OR LES PINS, LES HOPITAUX, CAP FREHEL ...

The house on 3 levels is composed of 2 apartments communicating by an internal staircase. The entrance doors are separate, which allows a certain independence: ideal for meeting up between several generations!

Lovely home with lots of space

The house was perfect for the twelve of us. It was situated about ten minutes from the beach on foot. The garden was spacious and beautiful. It would help if the listing have the dimensions of the sheets needed for the beds, so guests know what to bring. Sylvie was super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in Pleneuf.

Juste parfait

Tout le monde était ravie, petits comme grands. Le double espaces est parfait au grand nombre. 2 ambiances (enfants /Parents) sans se déranger. Et le jardin une petite perle entre les adverses bretonnes.

Belle maison avec un emplacement au top
