Las vistas al océano desde el Lanai son increíbles, ¡es posible que nunca quiera dejar el condominio! Todos los días trae un amanecer único sobre Haleakala. Todos los días, las tortugas se alimentan entre las suaves olas de nuestra playa privada, que se encuentra a pocos pasos. Durante la temporada de ballenas ver las ballenas jorobadas! Para vistas más cercanas, se proporcionan binoculares a los huéspedes para que los usen en el condominio. Ver palmeras, islas externas distantes, aves, peces voladores, etc. Un corto paseo por la calle es Haycraft Park, que ofrece una playa de arena perfecta para nadar, bucear y tomar el sol. Camine por millas y millas a lo largo de playas vírgenes. Deténgase en el centro de refugio de aves ubicado entre nuestro condominio y Sugar Beach. Camine o tome un viaje corto en la dirección opuesta, y llegará al puerto de Ma'alaea y al Harbour Shops of Ma'alaea. Tome un barco para bucear en Molokini, una excursión de avistamiento de ballenas en Pacific Whale Foundation o un crucero al atardecer. Visite el acuario y almuerce o cene en el cercano restaurante Seascape. Las tiendas ofrecen varios lugares para comer y tiendas para comprar regalos, etc. Nuestro condominio está ubicado en el centro para explorar TODA Maui. El interior de Condo es un estudio en diseño y función. Este condominio es nuestro hogar lejos del hogar, no solo un alquiler. Está amueblado en un estilo moderno hawaiano con muebles renovados, obras de arte, con atención al detalle. Está bien mantenido, y limpio. Se suministran ropa de calidad, toallas, utensilios de cocina, máquina de café espresso y especias frescas. Sillas de playa, toallas, refrigeradores, y tablas de surf proporcionados

Wonderful stay

Our stay was all we expected and more. It lived up to all the positive reviews and was a perfect location to get to everything we wanted to do on Maui. I would recommend this place to any friend or family member.

A perfect location to explore all of Maui and situated in area somewhat secluded area.

A great experience from reservation through check in. This unit has beautiful views and we loved the well kept grounds and pool.

Perfect place to stay!

We rented out this place for a week and loved it. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and ocean tours. The lanai overlooked ocean and you can clearly see whales throughout the day. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

Great apartment and location

Really nice apartment with everything you need right next to the ocean. There is a private beach where you can watch sea turtles come to the shore at night and another larger beach in walking distance that isn’t too crowded. Also great location when you want to explore the rest of the island. Already miss the sound of the waves at night

Perfection in Paradise!

Wonderful location, close to everything! This condo has the best ocean view we’ve experienced! Hostess Ahna was so nice and responsive to any questions we had. User friendly for folks with mobility needs, elevator and walk-in shower was so helpful. Hope to visit again!

Condo was a great home base...right on the water, centrally located and had everything we needed - well stocked. Ahna the owner was easy to work with, gave great dining suggestions and made us feel welcome. Thanks for the goodie basket and for sharing your home away from home with us!

Spectacular Views!

This condo was so well appointed with everything we needed for our 3 week stay. The bed was very comfortable and we could not think of anything else they could've provided us to make it any better. Our absolute favorite vacation routine was coffee at Sunrise and drinks at Sunset on the lanai.

Beautiful view, thoughtful touches

The condo was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with many thoughtful touches, including a welcome basket and beach chairs and towels. The complex is well-maintained and quiet. The best part was sitting on the balcony enjoying that beautiful view. Whales were visible in the distance and turtles visit the rocks each morning. Great stay!

Perfect!

Location was excellent for us. Easy access to the entire island. More amenities than we expected. Extremely comfortable. Best part was sitting on the lanai everyday watching the whales. The owner, Ahna, was very communicative with us and very welcoming. We have been coming to Maui for many years. This was our best stay.

Perfect place for our anniversary

The location of this quaint oceanfront condo was exactly what we were looking for! We watched the breathtaking sunrise every morning from our lanai. The long stretch of beach nearby was perfect for walks or just relaxing in the beach chairs provided. It was centrally located to access Kihei and Lahaina easily by car or Uber too. Ahna provided everything needed, excellent communication, and some wonderful welcome gifts as well. Absolutely perfect Maui vacation!!

Amazing property

Everything was wonderful. The condo was beautiful. Whales and turtles right out front. Loved the oceanfront balcony. Weather was great. Loved the welcome basket and the expresso maker. The host was great and gave us all the info we needed. Hopefully, we can come back next year!

Amazing place

This condo is uniquely decorated in a quiet neighborhood central to most everything on the island. It was thoughtfully supplied with most everything we could need, and I love to cook. Even though the weather was very hot, we enjoyed the fresh ocean air and didn't need the AC. The bed was comfy. We we ate many meals on the lanai watching the turtles and the sunrises. We had such a beautiul and relaxing time.

Paradise!

Such a great place! Our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special! The condo was so amazing for the view! We watched turtles come to the shore every day and saw whales most days. The condo has EVERYTHING you will need! So many special and unique touches as well (cappuccino machine was awesome!) Thanks for such a great experience!

Stunning View

Maalaea Banyans has the most beautiful oceanfront views. Saw sea turtles come ashore every night and watched whales from the 3rd floor lanai. The unit was spotless with lovely furnishings, a new tiled shower and comfy bed. The location is so convenient to reach other parts of the Island. You can easily walk to the Aquarium and delicious Tante’s Fishmarket. I would definitely book this lovely unit again.

Everything needed for a perfect vacation in paradise!

Ahna's place is well stocked and accommodating with everything you would need for a great Hawaiian vacation, making it a rare find! She provides well detailed instructions for everything and also a binder full of information on restaurants, excursions, etc. I loved how the condo is decorated to make you feel like you're in Hawaii. The best part, was the ocean view right from the lanai! We were there during a historic south swell, and was able to watch pro surfers catch waves and surf freight trains right from the balcony, not to mention look down at all the photographers and crowd below. Definitely would book Ahna's place again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Maui!

Wonderful!

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days in January for our anniversary. We had a great time! The condo was clean and cozy. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the sunrise and whales. The condo had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to beach gear. We really liked the location which allowed us to walk to the beach and the small shopping area (where the Maui ocean center is located). We felt secluded but close enough to do everything we wanted. I really appreciated the personal recommendation guide and the welcome treats. We hope to be back again someday!

Great Stay

Entire rental process was easy. Listing was accurate, communication with owner was great, unit was clean/well equipped/had amazing views right from the lanai. We sat out on the lanai for every meal we ate in the unit, enjoying the ocean, sounds of the waves, and amazing views of Haleakala. Also beautiful sunrises. The kitchen was well equipped, there were beach chairs, beach umbrella, and coolers for us to use when going to the beach. Guide books and notebook with instructions/useful information were in the unit. We had a great time and this condo is centrally located, making travel anywhere on the island easier.

Clean and comfortable

Stayed a week in this unit and had all the comforts of home. This unit had a lot of little details that made the stay more enjoyable. Extra towels,beach equiptment,kitchen tools and equipment, comfy bed. It is noticeable that the owners of the unit want you to enjoy your stay by the upgrades that were made to the unit. Super clean and comfortable. No grim or dirty smudges anywhere. We will be back for sure.

Amazing view from lanai

Entire process from booking to check-out was easy. Communication with the owner(Ahna) was great. The unit was clean and well equipped - allowing us to enjoy breakfast every morning on the lanai - soaking up the sunrises, the amazing ocean view, and the sound of the waves. There was a Guest book loaded with instructions, useful information, recommendations and lots of restaurant ideas and menus. The bed was comfortable and we used the fans but did not need the AC during our stay. We appreciated the use of the cooler, beach towels and beach chairs when we explored the beaches. The condo is in a great location making it easy to explore anywhere on the island - and being able to walk to the Marina and Aquarium is a bonus. We would love to return some day and would not hesitate to stay at Ahna's place again. Thanks Ahna!

THE Perfect Vacation Stay

This property was better than advertised. The location was close enough to everything we wanted, yet just far enough from everything that we could just relax. The unit was very thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. The bed was so comfy, the kitchen had everything needed for meal and snack prep, the Bluetooth speaker system was just right and the bathroom had good quality toilet paper (my husband really appreciated that). We did spend much more time on the lanai than I would have figured we would. It was so tranquil and soothing just watching the turtles bounce around in the surf. The pool and hot tub, like the rest of the property, were clean and well kept. The town was a very few steps away and we found a few great dining options there. A shorter walk just the other way was some of the most beautiful and uncrowded stretches of beach. We were pleased to no end about renting this unit. We will be back…
