Beach Cottage - Amazing Beach Location! Walk to the beach!

This is a classic beach cottage at it's best! Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this quaint cottage close to everything Gulf Shores has to offer. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores in close proximity to the popular Hangout and newly improved Gulf Place. Public beach access is a short, easy walk - about a block away across the street (light and crosswalk). Restaurants, ice cream shops, mini golf, shopping, and other Gulf Shores attractions located just blocks away. Gulf State Park Fishing Pier 1 mile away. The cottage is 2 bedroom/1 bath and accommodates 4 guests. Fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor grill. Washer and Dryer. 2 smart tv's. There is a beach market across the street for last minute items. Pets considered (up to 2 dogs) with owner's prior approval and fee.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include: free Wi-Fi, 2 smart tv's (no cable), outdoor deck, charcoal grill.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps in bathroom.

* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)

Nice 2 bed, one bath house. Short walk to the beach, shopping and food. I would recommend this property for a maximum of 4 people. Very cozy, enjoyed our stay.

110% recommend this stay! The host has gone above and beyond for our needs. The communication has been outstanding. Shonna even allowed us to extend our stay!! Couldn't have ask for a better experience

The place was great! Very cozy and easy to cleanup. The host was very quick to respond. We had no issues at all. We will be coming back for a longer stay.

Was really happy with the cottage.. Easy access to the beach best part every thing in walking distance took us less than 10 min to the beach and our dog got to stay as well… Overall highly recommended… We love Gulf shores.. Had questions to the owner and was very quick to respond back with answers!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your perfect cottage

Cute cottage even closer to the beach than we expected. Listing was very accurate and we place was nicely laid out, comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect size for our group of 3.

Thank you so much for the stay. It was in a nice location right by the beach. Everything was clean, the beds slept great. We definitely enjoyed the back porch..

The house was okay. It looked much better online. When we got there the house had a lot of mold on the siding. The house was humid and overall uncomfortable. It also smelled a little moldy. It was very close the beach however which was great. We walked over to the beach several times. The final day we were there we did everything we possiblencould to stay out of the residence because of how uncomfortable it was. The host was great and responsive. Overall the trip was good, but we agreed that for what we payed we should have gotten a nice hotel room.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The host was easy to reach and responded quickly to our questions. It was an easy walk to the beach so we loved the location.

The AC went out and they had a new one installed that day. Great location close to beach and dollar general. House could use a little updating but for the money is a great value.

The property was as described. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were lots of places to eat, and grocery stores were nearby. THe beach is across the street, about a block away. The only hitch was that the door wouldn't open. The host helped us resolve the issue with the keypad.
