Family celebration weekend

We really enjoyed our visit. Home was as described. Would have liked to have more than 3 pots for the home. Definitely needs some additional items in the kitchen but for our short stay we figured it out. The host was exceptional with responding to questions and concerns. Would absolutely book with this host again.

Family Vacay

I will rate my stay a 3/10. There were a lot of issues with the condo. For starters I walk in and the table in the foyer glass was missing, the iron didn’t work, there were small bugs all over the home (as a result, I could not lay anything down no clothing or food items), we couldn’t get cable in all of the rooms, we were charged $50 to use the barbecue grill, even though it was in my package and on the property. In a better note, The property is in a very good location. You are close to stores if you wanted to shop. Overall, I would not stay in a condos again because I was told that they are not owned by the same people that owned the nine bedroom homes I stayed in 2022. I would prefer to rent the bigger homes. My stay previously in 2022 went off without a hitch. It was a great stay. This was something out of a horror show. Oh yeah, and when I reached out to the host, I was just told they were send someone from maintenance to fix the electrical issues that I didn’t even mention in this review. They didn’t offer me five cents for any inconvenience that I had to endure.

Amazing Experience

Our family had an amazing time at this property. Would highly recommend to others. Clean property, easy check in and out. Close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Water park was a bonus as well. We will be back!

Inaccurate description - Be Aware

This property looked great. Everything we needed for our stay in Orlando. But the listing is deceptive. The listing stated that the house included a heated pool and bbq grille as included amenities. I received an email 2 days prior to check in with all the check in instructions and also a note that there would be additional charges for the heated pool and grille. I reached out and stated that was not stated anywhere in the listing, But they were not nice about it. They said it is what it is and if I didn’t like it I could reach out to VRBO directly. There was also barely any daily living things in the house. A few forks and knives. They had a coffee maker, but no way to make coffee(no filter). They gave us one single tablet to run the dishwasher. House was very nice, but they are not being truthful about their listing. You can tell this is run by a property management company that doesn’t care about its guests.

Nice but, not what it appears in pics

While this is a nice unit, it is a tired unit. Carpet is old and appears dirty. AC vents have rust and dirt on them. Expect nothing to get you started when you arrive. There are not even coffee filters. Most VRBO’s will at least have the basics in the kitchen. Salt and pepper. Sugar/Sweetner. This unit offered you one roll of paper towels and one roll of TP per bathroom. There is a charge to heat the pool and to use the BBQ for that reason, we chose not to use either. Include it in your daily fee! You must go to the main gate and check in if you want to use any of the electronically controlled gates. Dining options close by are very limited. There is a Target that is within walking distance.

Items to consider for the future

We had a very nice stay at the property but we would like to mention that many items were missing in the kitchen like oven mitt, cut boards, oven metal plate, etc. Also, the terrasse could’ve been cleaner.

Skimping on things

The neighborhood is nice to stay in and the beds were nice. Check in is super easy. What needs to be fixed: there is no instructions or directions to how to get to the community center, the amount of things provided in the unit is beyond minimal it’s ridiculous. I mean 1 towel per person for a 5 night stay to use is not enough with no laundry detergent to wash them. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom and Only one trash bag is provided yet all trash must be taken out of the unit. Barely any kitchen supplies if you want to make anything. Ants were in the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms. As someone who also owns a rental unit, skimping on all of these things is not good business. I understand if it was a short two night stay but for longer stays please provide more items for the clients. There is no reason I should have to go buy a thing of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, or trash bags with how much we paid for the unit.

Great place!

The place was great and clean. The private pool was so fun with kids. The included water park was fun, but be aware it's not really walking distance. Especially not in Florida heat with kids. The GPS sends you to a gate that does not open. Even when you finally find the main gate and get the pass and code, you can't get in that gate. Ever. So having those directions would have been helpful. And it would have been nice to be able to use that gate, as it was really close. Also, they could have been more generous with supplies, ie toilet paper (there was very little), trash bags (there was 1 kitchen sized, zero small bathroom ones), dishwasher soap (1 pod for a 6 day stay), laundry soap (there was none), dish cloths (1 flimsy rag, no towels. We used washcloths and hand towels from the bathroom). They did have lots of regular towels and beach towels. Also the trash directions were very confusing (said to put in a box on porch but there was no box). Overall, it's a great place and we really enjoyed it (kids ages infant through 13). Just a slight room for improvement!

Great location and community but there is a moisture issue

The house looked as expected upon arrival minus some wear. There was lots of mold coming out from all the vents, which was very concerning and maintenance quickly took care of it. The house smelled damp and musty, so I think there is a moisture issue. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the house, community and location.

The house was beautiful and it was a great place to stay. The check-in process was smooth. I would recommend it and stay there again when I plan another trip to Orlando.

Very clean, the pool was perfect for the kids and so warm. They swam everyday for 2 weeks. We walked to the lazy river nearby that was fun for everyone. Everything in the house worked properly. There are plenty of stores nearby to grab groceries, and more. Very convenient location.

Overall, a great time

GPS can’t find it, so you don’t know where to start looking. My daughter sent the address of Sams club which is close by, so we finally found it. Smaller than appears in pictures. Couple of issues the first night, but were resolved by the next morning. The recreation area (lazy river, etc) is not in the complex as expected. Was so crowded we just used our own pool. Overall, we had a great time, especially in our own pool. It was great! House was nice, complex was nice. Parking at the door. We would go again.
