Der Preis hat die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt

Nur die Minimal-Anforderungen wurden erfüllt. Die Küchenausstattung war miserabel. Selbst für vier z. Personen z. B. viel zu wenig Besteck und die größeren Messer zum Schneiden von Brot, Wurst und Käse eigentlich stumpf und unbrauchbar. Der Platz für die mal vorhandene Spülmaschine war leer…? Die Bestuhlung für die Terrasse sehr unbequem. Einzig der Pool ist zu loben wegen Größe und Wasserqualität. Die Pool-Nebenanlagen müssen aber dringend überholt werden. Auf der andren Straßenseite vor dem Haus ein Grundstück mit viel Schutt war sehr unansehnlich. Die Lage zum Strand und die allgemeine Lage für Besichtigungen im Norden ist gut bis sehr gut. Warnung für ungeübte Autofahrer sollte mitgeteilt werden: An- und Abfahrt zur Wohnung über die Autobahn immer über die Ausfahrt Nr. 13 durchführen! Nr. 12 macht nur Spaß, wenn man Bergfahrer ist uns es eng, steil und unübersichtlich mag. Einer von uns hatte Freude daran, die anderen machten dann die Augen zu.
