Typical house located in a quiet area of a small character town crossed by the Nantes to Brest canal. Ideally located for exploring inland Brittany and the south coast. 30 minutes from valves, 40 minutes from the first beaches. Close to the small cities of character of josselin, rochefort en terre, la gacilly. Proximity to the forest of Broceliande.
Very comfortable house because we live there part of the year. It includes 4 bedrooms, living room + veranda, equipped kitchen, terrace and enclosed garden.
