River Strand Golf & Country Club- 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, 2032 square feet, single family home built in 2015. River Strand community membership may be transferred which will entitle everyone in the house to full access to the "Sanctuary" subdivision Pool, Hot Tub and Fitness Center literally across the street (so close you'll feel as if its your own!), the Main Clubhouse pool, fitness center, hot tub, Tiki bar, and restaurant, all tennis courts and all pickleball courts. Transfer fee is $347 fee (payable by you upon arrival) In addition, from April 1 through December 31, golfers may also play (as non-members) the magnificent River Strand golf course. The property owners are golfers who also play wonderful nearby courses outside of River Strand, at venues such as Legacy (Lakewood Ranch), Waterlefe (Bradenton), University Park (Sarasota), Esplanade (Lakewood Ranch) and Heritage Harbour (Bradenton). Owners are "hands-on" landlords who are always very available to help you with any issues. NEW IN 2024 AND 2023- new LVP flooring in every room of the house and entire interior of home repainted in cheery light colors; AND magnificent 600 sq. foot extension of lanai with all new patio furniture (including large dining table with fire pit) with wonderful space for entertaining, barbecuing, relaxing and just enjoying the view. Home is spacious, bright and sunny, is beautifully decorated and includes complimentary cable in the den and master bedroom, and WiFi. Two bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms. Master has a king-size bed, second en-suite bedroom and bedroom three have queen size beds and bedroom four has a twin with a twin trundle bed. There are ceiling fans in every room. River Strand is the closest development to I-75 with quick access to world-renowned beaches, Sarasota, Bradenton, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Lakewood Ranch and Anna Maria Island. Also, close to Disney World, Universal Studios and other Orlando attractions, Busch Gardens and all that Florida has to offer.

The house had everything we needed for our month long stay. It is in a great location in Bradenton, very easy access to 75 and 64. Great access to Target and Costco as well. The neighborhood is very friendly and offers great amenities. We weren't home to use the pool facilities but took advantage of the pickleball courts and walked the neighborhood and lake. The house was well stocked and offered everything we needed. The host was great and provided all the info we needed for check in and check out. I highly recommend this home for your next stay!

The perfect house and host

Fantastic house with everything we needed and more. House is very clean and spacious. The lanai is huge en perfect for dinning and chilling outside. The host is very helpful and can easily be contacted. For us it was the perfect stay.

Spacious and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Large screened in lanai with plenty of space to dine. Great location with the pool and pickleball courts just two houses down. The checkin was easy. Loved having the bicycles available to explore the neighborhood. The grill and clubhouse food was really good. We highly recommend this rental.

Great place, neighborhood and overall location!

This property is fabulous! Delightfully decorated, well appointed and environmentally relaxing inside and out. We enjoyed everything about this property. The lanai looks into a beautiful green backyard where you can relax and enjoy the sunset. I love well decorated homes that are comfortable and luxurious. It has all the things you need for an extended stay away from your home. The community is just as beautiful with wonderful walking paths and across the street (literally) from the pool and exercise center. Also you are close to convenience shopping and eating. A short hop from an upscale mall. Did I mention the beach is close, accessible and clean. You could not find a better property or hosts. The hosts care is evident in the property and reflected in their helpfulness. Stay here—- you will love it!

Excellent property. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Due to Covid-19 my family spent a lot of time together inside. This house has everything, even a few puzzles if you're inclined. Owners were accommodating and easy to reach when needed.
