We had a wonderful stay the kids loved the pool house had everything we needed kitchen was well stocked was in a great location close to the bay and the beach they where easy to communicate with and respond quickly would definitely stay again

We had to book our stay last minute for 2 weeks. The communication was great ans the property was just as advertised. Location was very close to Anna Maria Island and pretty convenient.only suggest Ions I would make are make the address on the mailbox and hime bigger. We arrived late a night and ended up at the neighbors. Th ei only othet suggestions woukd be the home needing a deep clean. It was decently clean, just some areas that needed a good deep clean. Thank you ITrips

Perfect Family Vacation Home!!

This home was perfect for our vacation family of six. We enjoyed everything about it. The pool the home had everything we needed as far as supplies with even pool toys, cooler, and beach, chairs, and umbrella.

The home itself was just fine. BUT we found ourselves having to buy stuff we think should already be there, ie. cleaning products, a wine opener, a decent knife etc.These may not apply to many but if your there for an extended stay - things that should be there, The PM was great , always got right bck to us - Handy Man Mike twas the best !!

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice pool. Of all our stays in cabins, condos and houses this was the best. We felt secure in the area and wasn’t too far from beaches and restaurants. A!

comfortable rental home

This was a comfortable home for our family of five to spend our vacation in. It is conveniently located near the beaches, many restaurants and stores but is located on a very busy road so there is traffic noise day and night.

Exactly what we wanted

Very clean, cozy with ample room for me, my husband, and teenage daughter. All the amenities of home while being a short ride to several beaches. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect location!

We LOVED this house! The location was perfect. We could easily access Anna Maria island from either of its bridges. The pool was wonderful and felt great at the end of the day….or beginning of the day….or both. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and very helpful meeting our needs. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Great location to wonderfully beautiful beaches

We loved the location and proximity to beaches and stores and restaurants (and found some great ones). The home was clean and comfortable and was perfect for company to have their own space with bedrooms divided between master on one side with full bath and guest rooms on the other side with full bath. Each side had it's own TV.

Properly and pool was nice. Beds were comfortable with good kitchen supplies and accessories. Only complaint was there was only one bath towel each for 4 people and 1 wash cloth. We had to do laundry every day to have a clean dry towel.

The property was clean and very functional. The location was convenient to everything but on a very busy road. The water pressure was not good but that was the only downfall.

Excellent..

The place was clean and the pool was crystal clear and well maintained. The management company were quick to respond and accommodating. Big rooms and necessities provided so you didn't have to shop immediately. Big garage, beach supplies and beach towels. I would highly recommend this spacious home which is located close to the beach.

Just right

An older basic house but everything needed is there. It’s nothing fancy, and on a busy road, but for the price and location it’s good! We came during the school March break , so the road to Ami beach took 1.5 hours instead of 15 min.
