Located in Bradenton in the gated community of River Strand Golf and Country Club, this is a prime location to local beaches, Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key. Explore nearby Lakewood Ranch for150 miles of trails, paths and boardwalks for shopping, dining and outdoor activities. University Town Center is within a 20-minute drive for shopping. Ellenton Outlet Mall within 10 minutes.

There is no shortage of professional sporting events of all varieties including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Lightning and even the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. 45 minutes from Tampa, 40 minutes from St. Petersburg and 2 hours from Orlando.

Lisa's home was very clean with an abundance of quality linens and cookware. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The lanai/pool area was spacious and inviting. We enjoyed the pond view and variety of birds that visited.Lisa was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely rent this property again.

Fabulous home. We stayed a month and loved it. The house was very clean and equipped as well as our own home. Very comfortable for preparing in-home meals. We had a tiny issue with the spa heat but it was address quickly. Lisa is super responsive to anything that we brought to her attention. We didn't get to see much of the community facilities because they were in the final stages of a major renovation - clubhouse, dining room, locker rooms, etc. The main pool and adjoining eating/drinking area was nice. The 3 9 hole courses were in very good condition (bring a lot of balls, water comes into play on most holes). There's been some turnover with the golf professionals recently - I had a couple of great lessons from the new Assistant Pro Craig. One of the best surprises was all the wildlife one can see from the pool/lanai area - we saw pelicans, osprey, blue cranes and alligators daily - very cool. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Luxury well equipped rental

If you want a spotlessly clean,well equipped and efficently managed property this the one for you. The hostess has equipped the property to a very high standard: luxury linens, top quality applicances and numerous extras that make all the difference to a vacation rental. The house overlooks a lake in a very quiet and peacful setting and exceeded expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
