Not too bad stay

The location was alright, in a questionable part of Lyon. The studio is 12 flights of stairs up which had not been warned about so was taken back by this. The bathroom rubbish bin had not been cleaned from previous people which left a disgusting smell in the room.

An attic room in a convenient location on a main road

From the website one can infer that the room is just under the roof (but without a view) and therefore likely to be hot, but not that it is on a main road. The room would be greatly improved at little expense by including a small fridge. The instructions in the room should be expanded and updated; for instance, they should say how waste is to be separated and deposited.

Good studio in the 6th floor by stairs

You check in with the people in the bakery below their apartment, and have to climb 6 stairs to get to the property. The place was warm and clean. It was a bit strange having the bed against no wall, and it was a bit lopsided (it is a pull-out sofa). The bathroom had all the necessities, but I would say the apartment is missing a mini-fridge to be ideal. It is in a good location and the owners answered messages up until I left. It does feel like it is a place they keep for passive income and that's it, some things could be in better shape, but it felt ok for the money spent.

When you don't require a lot

This is the perfect space for someone who doesn't require a lot for their stay. That's usually me, but even I was let down. First of all, I never heard anything from my host during the entire stay to see if all was ok. That would've been nice but not necessary. The things that I do require are a decent bed, decent pillows, adequate lighting, a refrigerator for the exhaustive walk up what is really 12 flights of stairs so that I could have a cold beverage during my recovery and sheets that didn't need to be donated 2 years ago. It became quite clear very quickly that the hosts said to themselves "what can we do with this piece of useless space up in the attic?" And I was stupid enough to fall for their trick. Would I stay again? Sure, if they paid me.

Everything except fridge and elevator

My stay was quite good, it's a really handy appartment in the center of Lyon suitable for 1, maybe 2 if you're adventurous. The sofa couch tilts on one side if you stand near enough of the edge. No fridge, microwave yes. Coffey pods, although i never used it. 7th floor (counting the ground level) without elevator, 25 steps each floor. Bathroom is fine for a 1.72m person, much taller than that i would probably not recommend. lights facing the shower are really out-of-place i guess, because you stumble into them when going in the shower. Small mirror on lavatory, but good enough. Really hot the last week of june, but thanks to the small ac/air vent there it's manageable, also, windows open at night help. I'd recommend this for the adventurous and people that don't like to spend much time in the room, for sleep / shower / getting ready it's good, but no fridge means you can't even buy pizzas the night before to eat them at midday, you'd have to go down 7 floors, go to near supermarket (and there's plenty stores there) , buy pizzas, climb 7 floors and heat them there. It's easier just to go to the bakery and eat something, really good bakery just at ground level, nice staff. All in all i would recommend with the caveats above. Really hot in summer beware!

Petit studio réellement pour passé la nuit, celui ci est très cosy, le lit confortable avec les draps et couettes, douche un peu petite mais bon, on s’en sort! Malgré la taille du logements, on s’attendait à un petit coin cuisine, mais à part un micro onde qui nous a limiter en terme de choix.. pas de frigo ni de four, ni de plaque à cuisson, donc même pas la possibilité d’acheter des produits frais pour quelconque raison, Également se préparer psychologiquement et physiquement car monter 6 étages avec des valises, sans ascenseur, c’est sport!Le plancher qui craque un peu mais cela n’est pas si grave, Mise à part cela super logements égalements en terme de confort ( chauffage, lit confortable, matériel tel que livres, dentifrice, sèche cheveux, etc..) Personnellement nous y retournerons pas, uniquement car nous avons besoins d’une cuisine et un logements plus grand, (et avec un ascenseur..) Merci pour ce logements durant notre séjour!

La camera era molto sporca, c’erano ancora i prodotti delle persone precedenti. Le lenzuola erano macchiate. La stanza è all’ultimo piano di un palazzo di 6 piani a piedi, dove dal terzo piano in su le luci non funzionano ed una volta passato il tempo, non puoi riaccenderle più. È nella parte araba della città, la zona è tra la stazione e la parte centrale (bisogna prendere la metro o attraversare il ponte a piedi, ma alcuni angoli non sembrano così sicuri).L’host è stato gentile a farci fare il check-in in anticipo, ma per il resto la casa non era curata come in foto.

appartement sale, draps, coussins, lits, il y a des traces partout tout était sale. J'ai du retirer des petits insectes qui se baladaient. le lit penchait alors que je suis une fille pas très lourde. salle de bain qui est aussi la ou on doit faire la vaisselle... enfin bref, pas une bonne expérience (6 etages sans ascenseur non précisé)

Super bien placé mais la propreté laisse à désirer

Endroit parfait pour visiter Lyon ! À côté de tous, ainsi que des trams et métros.Toutefois, nous avons rencontré quelques soucis de propreté notamment, le micro-onde n'était vraiment pas lavé ainsi que la vaisselle. Bien que les draps étaient propres , la literie semblait très vieille (trous dans les draps qui était rêche et la couette jaunie).

Bien situé pour visiter, attention malgré tout au quartier qui n’est pas des plus safe. A considérer davantage comme une chambre qu’un studio car kitchenette manquante. De plus, la couette à la couleur douteuse ou le clic-clac laisse une mauvaise odeur dans la pièce… Points positifs : réactivité du propriétaire et salle de bain correcte.

Sixième etage sans ascenseur c'était ecrit en caractères minuscules. Le lit est un clic clac pas vraiment stable. Arrivée sous les toits avec de la mort aux rats tout autour. Je ne suis pas restée.

Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires, le logement est comme sur l'annonce. Notre séjour s'est vraiment bien passé malgré la chaleur sous les toits (grâce au ventilateur à disposition !) Pas de cuisine mais le micro-onde, le frigo et la vaisselle font très bien l'affaire pour un court séjour.

Chambre de bonne sous le toit Comment dire ne correspond à la surface de 20m2 plutôt 12. Arrivée : proprio n a pas prévenu le boulanger pour l ouverture de l entrée puis boîte à clé. Arriver a l etage baisser la tête poutre à moins d 1m70 à l intérieur douche pour les petits moins d 1m70 sinon vous êtes plié... Micro ondes sale Pas de frigo 2 dosettes de café pour 5 jours Plutôt glauque la chambre... Et aucun msg spontané de l hote. Quand pb : zéro réponse ou un dsl pour manque menage Il n y a que la situation dans Lyon qui est proche du centre qui est valable. Vraiment décevant. Je ne viendrais plus sur ce site si rien n est verifie
