Este condominio de tres dormitorios y dos baños para alquilar en el área de San Juan cuenta con vista al mar e impresionantes amenidades. Situado en la parte delantera de la playa del condominio Aquatika complejo, esta casa de vacaciones ofrece un alojamiento excelente y capacidad para hasta 8 personas.

Paso hacia el balcón frente al vidrio para ver el océano y la piscina principal, que están a sólo unos pasos. Nadar en las muchas piscinas, incluyendo un Río Loco, o Crazy River, salón en la zona de entretenimiento club de la casa, jugar tenis, baloncesto, voleibol de playa, o mini golf.

¿Necesitas un descanso de todo el sol? Bien, relájese en este condominio limpio y contemporáneo con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, TV de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones; Televisión por cable, WiFi gratuito; Leer o jugar un juego de mesa!

Nuestro gerente en el sitio o su designado se reunirá con usted en las ubicaciones de alquiler de coches del aeropuerto de San Juan (SJU). Una rápida parada en un supermercado local para la compra de comestibles y luego será escoltado para el paseo de 15 minutos al este de San Juan a su unidad de vacaciones # 7402 en Aquatika. Su escolta tomará algunos minutos para familiarizarse con la unidad, el fabuloso complejo de condominios y la ubicación de los 2 espacios de estacionamiento asignados. Usted recibirá un pase de estacionamiento, las llaves de la unidad y la puerta de la playa, brazaletes individuales de la piscina, nuestra contraseña de WiFi, y la información de contacto de nuestro gerente en el sitio - en caso de emergencias. This condo had everything we needed from jitchen supply to beach play toys. The beach was great nice and quiet. The pools were amazing, nice and warm. The lazy river was closed so we didnt experience that but the slide was nice for the kids. Juan Carlos was great, gave us a lot of information and made check in easy.

The accomodations at Lauras condo in Aquatika were absolutely perfect for our party of 6. Juan Carlos is a fantastic host who went above and beyond during our stay. If you are visiting El Yunque during your stay on the island this location is 23 min to the entrance. Thanks for everthing JC!

Laura (owner) and JC (property manager) were wonderful throughout the booking, check-in and check-out. The property had everything you could need in visiting PR. Beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. included. The unit was clean and fully equipped. The view was gorgeous, warm pools, inviting beach and more. Book and relax.

Beautiful, quiet area

Enjoyed the pools, beach area and the quiet mornings all with a gentle sea breeze most days. We came for a wedding and enjoyed our time. JC, manager, met us at the gate upon arrival at 2am to get us checked in and to our location. Fantastic service and made our welcome feel great after a long day of traveling. Everything in the condo was as expected and no issues all week (other than power but it's Puerto Rico so met expectations, only 1 in 10 days without).

Amazing Stay in The Island of Enchantment

We had a wonderful stay in Aquátika thanks to JC and his incredible hospitality. He met us at the location even after our flight was delayed and we arrived later in the night then expected. JC showed us around the property and gave us local places to check out. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5. It even provided beach towels, toys, and chairs for us to use. The pool is right outside and made for a great place to start and end the day. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Puerto Rico.

Annual Girls Trip

The complex was well keep, with the exception of the beach area. The unit was sufficient and clean, but could use new/better mattresses. We had a fabulous time, but you are looking for lots of dining options and a “resort” experience this is not the place to stay. That being said the little beach bar next door has fabulous food, but is only open Saturday and Sunday.

Great place for kids

We had a wonderful time at Aquatika. The pools and beach were great, and we had everything we needed at the condo - towels, floats, chairs, etc. The view from the balcony was beautiful, we will definitely be visiting again!

Fantastic stay.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was great. My kids loved the beach that was just a short walk away. The pools are open late and we enjoyed swimming and the hot tub almost every night after long days of exploring the island. On site basketball and volleyball were also a hit with my family. We wanted to try out the Mini golf, but just ran out of time. Great location close to San Juan, Fajardo, El Yunque, and the airport. Very clean property and great communication with the owner. We would absolutely stay again. Thanks for the great experience.

Wonderful Family Friendly Getaway!

This condo was amazing! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with activities for the kids. They provided beach toys, soccer and basketballs, goggles, and so much more! We had a great view of one of the pools and the beach in the distance. The property manager was very helpful and friendly during our stay. This is a great place to stay for families.

Aquatika Resort

The unit was fully equipped, beach toys, chairs, sports equipment, great kitchen. Resort is older, some outdoor showers not working, beach needs debris cleaned up. We were close to the beach and pools. No nearby restaurants, you need a car and drive 15-30 minutes Nothing outside the resort to safely walk to Overall a very good Thanksgiving with family and grandchildren

Great home base for exploring the island

We spent 10 days exploring Puerto Rico using Aquatika as our home base. The complex was clean and secure with good lighting and friendly staff. The unit was clean and well-appointed. The owners were super nice and provided us with great recommendations for local places to eat. Checking in and checking out was painless and easy. This was a great location and we felt like we had plenty of room for the 5 of us.Our only complaint about the complex was that the lazy river was closed, the hot tubs were not hot, and there were no working jets. Small issues for what was an amazing 10 days in tropical paradise. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to spend time in Puerto Rico. It is close enough to San Juan and other attractions without being too close to the big city.

Perfect family vacation spot

This was our first family vacation and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The check in process with Juan was so smooth as he helped us get into our condo. He was also available w/ a few questions we had. The location of the pool and beach to condo was so convenient. We appreciated all the amenities the condo provided including a full kitchen, beach toys and games. We are going to miss having meals out on the balcony and the Puerto Rico weather but hope to someday come back. Thanks Laura for having us! You have an amazing condo!

Great Family vacation

We had a great stay! We enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. It was a bit far from shopping and more well known restaurants, but we didn’t mind the drive. We would have liked to use the water slide and other features at the pools, but unfortunately they were not turned on during the duration of our stay. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend to larger family groups looking for swimming and private beach access. JC was a great host.
