This vacation rental is within walking distance of several restaurants ranging from family-friendly breakfasts at the Pancakery and excellent Italian fare from Mimmo's Ristorante Italiano. Explore the 208-acres of Henderson Beach State Park where you can hike the nature trail, photograph native wildlife, fish, or relax on the beach. And for those looking to hit the links, the Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club is just a little over a mile north of this rental.

Things to Know
This home may not be suitable for snowbirds.Also note that beach towels are not provided.This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.There is a $15 per person amenity fee that must be paid via a registration link that will be supplied upon booking. This fee grants access to the pool and private beach.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Needs to be updated. The view was stunning, I was NOT happy about the late check in and the early checkout. I was locked out of the property at 930 AM and had to sit and call Vacasa to get a new code to reenter the unit. I was happy that we were able to access the property amenities early and late. The furniture and beds were comfortable but definitely needs painting and updates. I would come back.

This location was prime for us! Conveniently located to so many fun things to do and places to eat. The house was well furnished and comfortable. Access to the beach and pool was great! We would come back!

Great Property

This property was pretty well maintained! Everything was just as pictured. It was clean, crisp, fresh and filled with all the amenities we needed to be comfortable on our family vacation. I will definitely be coming back next year.

Great property unit was only ok

Nice unit, master bed not very comfortable due to squishy mattress topper, once removed was way better. Guest shower did not work, maintenance was going to fix after our stay. Great beach and pool and fitness center was a plus. Would stay at the property again

Great location!

Myself and my two teenage daughters enjoyed our recent trip to Destin. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The location couldn’t be better for both enjoying the beautiful beaches or shopping and dining around town. We will definitely consider it again for future stays.

Spring break

Everything was great except too many rules for me…I.e. must always wear wristbands, no smoking anywhere except far away near a very busy street, security (the female one) is just rude, and etc.

Good, not great

We loved the decor and view from the condo. There were lots of towels, and alot of small “hotel” like supplies. So that was nice. A few improvements are needed, the sliding door was very difficult to open. Another thing was that the fan in the master bathroom didn’t work so there was a lot of extra moisture that could potentially cause more damage. We also had some ants, not an infestation but enough to get into our leftovers on the counter. The door handles in the bathrooms need to be updated. We still had a great time. I would come back next year. The heated pool was nice.

Great location and amenities

Great location and nice to have pool/beach access. Master bath shower drain needs to be cleaned. Standing in water while showering is nasty. Also broken window blinds in master bedroom which allows anyone outside to see in which is unacceptable. Somewhat disappointed on how outdated unit was. Definitely could use some work.

Not very kid friendly

There was no plastic dining ware for children to use. I had a 1 and 3 year old with me. No single pool or beach amenity in the room to share/use. Outlet covers falling off walls, light switches that do nothing, ceiling fans that don’t work. Had to pay $50/day for beach umbrella/2 chairs. $10/person for a pool wristband and parking pass. So factor that into the cost.

Vacationer beware

As we walked into the unit, I saw stained sheets rolled and taped up (presumably for the fold out couch). It appeared to be a blood stain. This prompted me to look around. There was some sort of sticky read frozen liquid in the freezer left from the previous guest. There was no less than three different types of hair on the rug in the master bathroom. None of the matching ours. The sliding glass door did not lock and there was no board or stick to secure it. Even though it is on an upper floor it would be easy from someone next door to get to the unit. I brought all of these things to managements attention only to have them hand us a broom to break off our self. They offered to re-clean the room But I had already re-cleaned everything myself because at that point I didn’t trust their abilities. After I left I spoke with the Vacasa management team. He told me that he had been advised by his group that everything had been checked before I got there. Pretty much making it seem like I had lied about the issues. The location is beautiful! The beach is beautiful! We had a great time at the pool! But just be advised they don’t do a great job on cleaning and there’s a lot of rundown things about this unit. The master sink is loose, the shower doesn’t drain, And I already mentioned the sliding glass door.

Great location

Condo itself was outdated. Many things didn't work. Internet, ceiling fan in main living area would not work at all. Contacted Vacassa twice without resolution. Had to use hot spot on our phones all week. Bed in master was sunk in on the left side. Very uncomfortable needs to be replaced. All of the fixtures both bathrooms are loose or are falling off. Needs to have better maintenance. View was incredible and location was excellent. Would stay in location again but not this unit, needs a lot of work.

this was a great location. didnt like that the garage was so dark from the pool to the elevators. Everythign is locked down with door codes which is great except for the garage area. One day we had someone strange man just walking around the garage and made you feel a little uncomfortable. Did not like that you to rent the chairs to site close the beach. I was told that I had to set up behind the chairs with my blanket. I do not like to have a chair and umbrella I use just my blanket. Makes it hard to watch the kids in the water if I have to be behind the chairs. Grounds were very well kept the tile floors in the unit can use a good cleaning. We really did enjoy our time and I would consider staying in this unit again. We like to come to Destin every oct.

False Advertising

This property is advertised as having two adult sized beds, a king and queen. Upon arriving, we found single bunk beds in one room instead of the queen. Nowhere in the photos or description does it mention having single sized bunk beds. This was extremely frustrating as we had two married couples in the condo. My husband and I could not even sleep in the same bed together on this vacation. Complete false advertising. Would NOT recommend.

Beautiful Clean Condo

The condo was amazing and very clean. I will definitely stay here again. I had a little problem getting in and at first the person at the desk was not very helpful. However after she called her manager they were able to figure it out and get me a code that worked. Overall I loved the condo.

Great condo!

Clean and very nice condo. The only downside is that you have to rent beach chairs at the beach. The rules of the HOA did not allow personal umbrellas.

Great location… amazing views and facilities in the building

The home is in an amazing location with easy and private access to the beach and a great heated pool and hot tub for full day of fun. Kids loved it through and through.

Pros & cons…

We would stay at the facility again, but not in this u it again. There were way too many “cons” on the list. We were there over the long Thanksgiving weekend and it was fine for a short stay but wouldn’t have wanted that for a longer stay. We really wanted to be fair here, so this is a pretty comprehensive list. We travel a lot and are super familiar/comfortable with this type of rental. We had two adults and two grown kids (20 & 25.) Pros: Spectacular view Comfy couches Comfy beds Soft, comfy blankets, rugs and pillows Located near lots of restaurants and activities Nice outdoor patio furniture Outdoor area is well kept Cons: EVERY single wall needs to be painted and needs some type of repair! There are screws and nails coming out of the wall everywhere from changed/moved items on walls. Dated decor - mirrors everywhere, carpet feels icky in bedrooms The bed in the 2nd bedroom literally goes from one wall to the other (headboard to footboard). You cannot walk around the bed. You have to climb off of it from the far side, climbing over the other person. Should definitely be a bunk bed situation in there! Something smelled dead in the 2nd bathroom the entire time, like there was something dead in a vent. The ice maker makes almost no ice. So many of the outlets do not work in every room. Most of the top outlets in the master bedroom didn’t work and some in the 2nd bedroom as well. Tv in 2nd bedroom is the size of a laptop screen and has no remote so you have to control it using buttons on the back. Sliding bathroom door to 2nd bedroom sticks pretty badly. Glass doors out to patio are EXTREMELY difficult to open. One elevator wasn’t working a good portion of the time and both were super slow. Wi-Fi is very spotty. Don’t plan on working remotely or attending class while you’re there. Smoke detector dangling from the ceiling in hallway.

Beautiful view, but…

Overall, it was a good property for the money. There were issues with the first unit, as they never sent the door code before arrival, and once they did, it didn’t work-frustrating after a long ride. After being let in by security, we took a walk on the beach, we couldn’t get in, as the door code was still not working, and there was a locksmith there for sometime. Overall, we didn’t have access for 3-4 hours. We did get compensated by being given an extra night in another unit. The location was great, and the second unit was in better shape than the first.
