Everything was great and exceeded expectations. We stayed four weeks and it felt like being at home - only with much nicer weather. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location for us. We'd go back every winter if we could.

House was well equipped and clean. Location was great and overall we enjoyed our time there. Our only real concern was the wifi - it was very poor and we had difficulty accessing our emails due to the poor connection speed. We weren't able to do any work where there due to the poor internet speed.

Great stay!

Even though we had a small issue when we arrived, it was still a wonderful stay, The homeowner was very attentive. Great location and the home is extremely well kept and stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Happy

Casa Cyndee was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The location was perfect for us to visit with family for Thanksgiving. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean. Nice that coffee, water and free laundry facilities/detergent and dryer sheets were there. Great neighborhood to walk in. Easy access to Phoenix and suburbs. Very quiet, safe area.

Casa de Cyndee is amazing! Comfortable, Quiet, SOOOO CLEAN! Couldn't have wished for anything more (well, maybe a pool?). And will definitely stay here again.

Two Palms

This is a lovely home. It is well equipped with little extra’s that pamper the guests. We highly recommend it for a relaxing weekend, a work trip or any time you want more than a motel room.

Cyndee’s home is wonderful. She provides all the basics and more! She goes above and beyond to make sure that your stay is perfect. We loved the outdoor space and fire pit.

Lovely SCW home

Really enjoyed our time at the house and in AZ. Very comfortable, very clean, great location, very well stocked in every way. We hosted family from both Sun City & Sun City West for coffee and pastries one morning and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful, relaxed time. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

A great stay!

Our stay was everything we expected. Safe and comfortable accommodations. Plenty of room for the two of us. Really liked the comfortable bed and direct TV with ability to record shows. Only hiccup was we did not receive any check in information so had to call to acquire. Would stay again.

Sun City West

This was our second (annual) one week stay at this rental, which serves us just perfectly when we are in the Phoenix area visiting family and celebrating a grandchild’s birthday. Very convenient, quiet, and well maintained.

Beautiful setting in Sun City

The home was easy to find. Very clean with lots of towels, games, kitchen equipment and quiet. The sun room was a wonderful place to enjoy our morning coffee. The home needs some updating since some of the decor is still 1980’s including the sun lamp/heather in the master bathroom.

Location, location!

This was a great home in a perfect location for us visiting friends in Sun City West and family in Surprise. It was exceptionally furnished and both the owner and site manager were quickly available for our minor questions. Every day we felt right at home and really comfortable with our surroundings. Groceries and restaurants were nearby and the neighborhood seemed friendly and safe. We enthusiastically recommend this home away from home!

It is also close to my family that lives in Las Vegas Nevada - rumor has it that by the time I
get there the new 3-hour highway will be in place!
