Huge Twnhm 4 Bedroom Walk to Elevators -Mt Crested Butte

Awesome!! 4BD/4.5BA, 3389SF townhome with fabulous views of the Mt. Crested Butte ski area and mountains. Only 1 1/2 blocks to the ski area base village & lifts (Red Lady and Silver Queen). Sleeps 8-10 people very comfortably. Great floorplan, 2 master bedrooms/baths with unbelievable views, plenty of storage and a large driveway. Beautifully furnished throughout.

First Floor: Huge family room, full bathroom, big laundry room and mudroom. 2 aerobeds in family room.

Second Floor: Kitchen, living room, dining room, powder bathroom and large queen master with own bathroom.

Third Floor: 3 Bedrooms - 1 king master with bathroom, one king and one queen with a bathroom in between. 2 bathrooms.

The gourmet kitchen has Knotty Alder cabinets, solid granite countertops, raised granite bar top with seating for four, slate tile floors and GE stainless steel appliances.

The two master suites have large walk-in closets, travertine tiled showers, flooring and countertops, large soaking tubs and an in-room wet bar with mini-fridge in the main level master- both have amazing views of Mt. Crested Butte.

The mudroom/laundry has GE full size, side by side washer/dryer with a folding area. 

Lots of windows and a gas fireplace compliment these areas. A large deck is off of the living room providing spectacular views of the ski area and surrounding mountains. BBQ!

This condo is a short walk to the main lift and is very spacious on the inside considering it sleeps 12. Owner was very responsive and polite.

Great Ski Trip!

Excellent place to stay in CB! Our family had a great spring break trip. This house is great sized and had plenty of room to spread out. Parking in the driveway was great. Short walk to the slopes, or could use the First Tracks service. I would definitely recommend this house!

Better than we expected (and we expected a lot)

We were excited to stay here but it was even larger and better laid out than we expected. Lots of rooms for the nieces and adult kids and a great gathering area. Plus the views were PHENOMENAL! Great support from management when issues/needs arose for us. Can’t wait to go back!

Ski vacation

Property was very nice and a great location. Plenty of space to congregate and share meals. Excellent views of the mountain! The property advertised a couple of futon beds that we could not find, but there were air beds available so it worked out fine. Would highly recommend for a group looking for easy access to skiing.

Spacious and Great Location

Overall we had an excellent experience. Lots of space and 0.25 mile walk to the lifts. We could have used a guide on how to operate things like TV's etc, instead we communicated regularly with the owner via text messaging primarily. Comfortable, but could have used some updating, like carpet, etc. Owner was very helpful.

Spacious, but needs updating

This house has so much potential. Perhaps new owners will see to that once it is sold. Our party agreed that it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke although the cleaners disagree. The dining chairs are unworkable. There is no support in the center of the ones at the table and the barstools are the wrong height. Guests nust provide their own toilet paper and toiletries, which has not been my experience with other VRBO properties. Also, only one set of towels is provided per guest. This is insufficient for those active days when you take more than one shower. Also just one pillow per guest and, in my opinion, not enough blankets. This rental comes at a premium price wirh modest accommodations. Other than that, the house is as advertised, large with spectacular views.

Awesome Views

We were supposed to be a group of 9 staying in this townhome, but it ended up just the four of us. So obviously we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed hanging out on the deck off the living room, enjoying the spectacular view of Mt. Crested Butte. It was an easy walk over to the ski base. The drive to town takes 5-10 minutes. We had access to the awesome paved recreation trail connecting the town and the ski village. The kitchen was well-supplied, except maybe could use more Tupperware. Beds were comfortable. Owner was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We really enjoyed this spectacular destination.

Ease, Space and Responsiveness

Shawn is a very responsive property owner/manager. Any questions, he was extremely helpful!! Location is excellent. A short walk to ski village-- lifts, restaurants, coffee, etc. Consider checking your skis/poles at base if wanting to avoid bringing back/forth. Home is spacious. Big bedrooms. Lots of bathrooms. Comfortable living room off kitchen with dining room table that can easily sit 8. Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, ec. Enjoy your stay knowing Shawn wants to ensure you have a great time!

Crested Butte

WOW! The views from this home were absolutely amazing. The place is windows windows windows!!!!! I loved feeling like I was indoors yet outdoors and the views from all rooms were simply amazing. I am a very light sleeper but this home was so peaceful and quite I slept so sound!!! The house itself is much nicer then it appears in the pictures and the size of the home was massive. All the bedrooms were huge and the beds were comfy! The home actually had 2 beautiful Master Suites each with its own private full bathroom with separate tub, shower and double sinks. The kitchen was fully equipped and the laundry room had a full size washer and dryer. Shawn the host was awesome-very quick responses, local tips and very helpful in general. The location was awesome too---it was right on the free shuttle route to town! I preferred to take the shuttle over driving as it was more relaxing. I personally would highly recommend this home to anyone. I give it PLUS 5 stars and the home was spotless. I look forward to booking the home again. Great value and great great home!!! I will definitely book Shawn’s place agai

The property was great for two families. The space was great! It was also super close to the lifts. The ammenities (tv’s and furniture) were dated and not super comfortable. The listing stated a bbq was there, but no bbq was available. Owner was very responsive.

Great townhouse, good location, even our little ones (5 and 3) didn't have any trouble walking to the base/lifts/shuttle. A few minor issues with the house that the owner seemed eager to correct. Great configuration for a family (or 2)!

Great place for a family traveling needing a couple of masters. Super close to the bus, mountain, but also has its own garage for bikes, etc. Decently equipped and easy! Owner was very easy to interact with on email and was super response. Great find.

Great Location Great Home

We had a large group 12 of us!! This home was perfect as all the bedrooms were spacious and the home has lots of extra room. The views were awesome from almost every room of the house of the ski mountain. The home is in excellent and clean condition. We would recommend this home to anyone!
