Great place to stay. This accommodation is located in quiet part of Indian Rocks Beach close to breakfast places. Definitely walking distance to the beach.

This property was available at last minute, clean, close to the beach, and within walking distance to Coco’s. This trip turned out to be so much more than I expected as my BF became my fiancée. Unforgettable memories with this stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Spectacular location. Well appointed kitchen, modern bath. Beach chairs, grill and more. Truly steps to the beach, intercoastal, restaurants, dog park and conservation walks. We look forward to an annual visit.

Great place!

Great place to stay if you are looking for a nice walk to the beach (less than 10 minutes) we stayed with our two kids (5-2) and they had a BLAST! Highly recommended!

Fantastic Place

Very quaint and comfy place! It was so easy to get to and to access, and it’s just across the street from the beach. Our dog loved it too!

Very Close to beach!

Only stayed for the weekend but had a very nice time. Unit is well equipped with everything you need and kitchen is great for making your meals in. Literally 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach with restaurants within walking distance as well. Would definitely recommend!!

Great property and location!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were two blocks from the beach and many restaurants are within walking distance. The property was very clean and true to the pictures. Vadim was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely book this unit again on our next visit!

Great Location!

The apartment is conveniently located a short walk across the street to a beach access. Perfect sized apartment for my husband and myself. Clean and stocked with necessities. Close to some good restaurants, short drive to Clearwater, but in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Family vacay

This was our first stay at this property. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable for the two of us, very clean, and had every amenity. I would stay there again. We had more family staying in neighboring properties and I felt perfectly safe walking at night (9:00-10:00 pm) by myself. Definitely a 5 star property

Apartment near the beach

It was a great weekend. Accommodations were great,updated. Close to the beach and other places. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but my wife cleans houses and she is very very picky 😏

Great location

Great location, nice cleanly house. Only issue we had was that the gate lock to the patio was able to be opened from outside the fence. So we couldn't leave the screen door open as we slept.

Great location just minutes from the Beach

Updated unit has a lot to offer. We only stayed over the weekend but it is equipped to handle a full week easily. Living area is fine, with a fully stocked kitchen. Main bedroom is also good. Newly updated bathroom is really nice with an excellent shower. Communication with the property manager (Vadim) was excellent.

Very nice condo in a very good location! Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to beach.Up to date inside. I like brightness and It was very dark in the main room. Some of the People renting upstairs were very loud. Loved the private porch off the bedroom

Great time! Great place!

First time staying here. Comms with property manager were great. He runs an organized system…literally on site everyday to make sure everything is in order and if anything is needed. 100yds to beach. Met other renters during our stay. Very nice people. Great neighborhood. Morning pickle ball just a few blocks away. Great area to walk dogs. Fishing opportunities just a few blocks away either on beach or bayside on ICW. Inside unit was clean, updated, adequately furnished kitchen-we like to cook Would definitely stay here again
