Una confortevole suite matrimoniale con cabina armadio. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha due letti singoli. Le camere da letto e i bagni sono ampiamente arredati con lenzuola di alta qualità per il vostro comfort. Persiane in tutto. Due cortili incantevoli. Comunità gated esclusiva

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We mostly enjoyed our stay here, the access to multiple pools and the beach was great, and the grounds are lovely. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and beach towels, and check in was easy. The kitchen had most everything we needed, but could use some more flatware. Not so great was the lack of air conditioning, plus the traffic noise (with windows open), making it difficult to sleep at night. The toilet in the hall bathroom rocked when sat on, and the shower curtain liner was water stained.I would consider renting here again if a unit with air conditioning was available.

Great place to stay!

We lived San Diego previously and knew the area where we wanted to stay. This residence checked all the boxes. I wasn’t sure about having no AC but it was completely fine. In the 60’s at night with a breeze. Actually got chilly a few times. Convenient to accessing the 5 and lots of places to eat, things to do and see within walking distance. Any issues we had were immediately resolved to our satisfaction. My only wish was that it wasn’t as close to a road that motorcycles traveled on heavily. They can be a little noisy. Not constant but often we’re heard. Would stay again.

Pleasant stay in great location

This condo was super comfy -- bedrooms and living areas. Underground parking was a nice feature. It was well-appointed and close to the beach. Lots of nice restaurants etc. nearby.

Supplies were enough for one day. Kitchen cabinets an corners of the floor were disgusting. Mattress was very good. Listing is a bit deseptive. We anticipated being on the ocean side of the road.

Solano Beach

The property itself was okay, I can tell there is no standard for cleanliness.The main problem we had was that the refrigerator smelled like fish. I called to property managers and they brought me some baking soda the next afternoon. After 6 days the smell was still there. There was mold in the washing machine door. I tried to get the mold off so that I could feel like my clothes were clean. There should be a sign on the cabinet above the washing machine that says, "LEAVE WASHING MACHINE DOOR OPEN UNTIL COMPLETELY DRY, TO AVOID MOLD BUILD UP". Those parking garage steps were pretty steep and I was with my daughter who has CP and just had foot surgery so when I searched out another parking space, I found the one right on the back side of the building with only one step but a nice smooth path. Went to property manager and asked for parking permit to park there and was given one. THANK YOU!! The grounds were very well kept, I probably took 60 pictures of the beautiful flowers alone inside the fence, the gardener was nice and friendly as well. There's a great deli around the corner and the ocean was less than 1/2 mile away or less pending where you went. Nice quiet community even during a holiday.

Place was fantastic! Wonderful location, easy to get in and out of, beach and pools were amazing! I would 100% stay there again. Only things that I would say could be improved, fans in each bedroom would be nice. And outdoor furniture needs to be updated. Plenty of room for the 5 of us that stayed there. I also want to mention the team we rented it from. Great communication throughout and would absolutely rent from them again.

Nice place, lots of stairs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The condo had everything you need. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the towels and linens were good quality. The location was close to everything. Cons: One fast shower is all you get before the hot water runs out. Forget about two people showering at the same time. You need to wait for the hot water to build back up. Carrying luggage from the underground garage, up the steep stairs, to the condo, and then up more stairs to the bedrooms was a LOT of work. If you’re not in good shape, this will be hard for you. The heaters had to run constantly to get the place warm but by the second day it was comfortable. There is no view except walls on the whole west side. From the kitchen window you can see the traffic and the race track.

Great property managers

This was by far our best experience with amazing property managers. We arranged for after hours pick up - and still had an employee (may have even been off work and just nearby talking with friends) greet us and explain info to us. They also texted to see if we needed anything and immediately brought more towels and silverware. We would have just managed and “got by” if they hadn’t made it so easy to ask. They even gave us an extra overnight parking pass for a close parking spot to the unit. The property itself was very nice - although we were unaware it was 2.5 baths vs 3, but the washing machine/dryer in place of an extra shower was well worth it. Also, be aware the parking space in the parking garage has a fairly steep set of stairs and it is lots of stairs down to the beach across the road. We also bought portable fans to use, as the bedrooms are upstairs and get quite hot in the afternoon from the western sun. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans, but we needed a bit more to get the temps down up there. Overall, a wonderful property, nice pools and beach, and a great location!

Beware! Property is a long way to the beach

We did not realize how long the walk would be from the condo to the beach (down a long path to go out gate, across the street to another gate, walk down thru an underground parking lot, thru a hallway and out to the overlook of the beach and pool) !! The condo was a bit unclean. No AC and Fans dirty! Floors filthy! Socks were so dirty after walking around in condo. Would definitely not stay there again. Oh and parking....just as far away!

A Perfect West Coast Retreat!!
