Reasonable price great location

Nice location and AC was a big plus . The stairs are very difficult so be prepared.

Great Apartment

My family stayed at this wonderful apartment for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The apartment was exactly as advertised and the check in process was well coordinated and easy. Great response time and attentiveness by the property manager Diana. We would definitely rent this property again!!

Great Place in a Great Location

Perfect location for our group of 4. Walking distance to everything. We spent 5 days and could have stayed a couple more. The only strange thing was that the property manager had us fill out a form with our credit card info that he said was a damage deposit. VRBO should be taking care of damages/disputes, not the host.

Great Apartment with Great location!

The location of this Apartment is amazing. A few minutes to the beach (Walk) and it is directly in a charming alley with a lot of restaurants and other Good smelling boutiques. The Equipment in the Apartment was also very satisfying. They even had an ironer, sun umbrellas, sun bath towels etc. Bruno, who welcomed us was super nice and helpful as well. The only „bad“ thing is that it is in the fifth floor without an elevator. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. Very pleasant decoration. All in all, Great!

Not that clean

The property was not that great. We noticed that some of the pillows were stained and the couch was not clean. The bathroom was also not fully cleaned. The location was good and our agent was amazing but the property could have been in a better condition for our stay. We also were locked out of the property and had to pay 90 Euros to get back into the property.

Lovely apartment in Old Nice

Pros: Excellent position close to Promenade des Anglais, food market and right in the lovely old town Excellent restaurant underneath the apartment Apartment attractive, clean, comfortable beds, linen and pillows Good kitchen Anthony our host was very helpful with check-in and queries we had Good glazing and shutters to keep rooms quiet and dark Nice complimentary bottle of wine and toiletries to use Good hot shower Heated towel rail Cons: The apartment is up 5 flights of stairs. No lift The air-conditioning is noisy which made sleeping difficult The freezer in the fridge was iced up so we could not use it It would be good to provide sheets to sleep under when very hot.

Séjour vieux Nice

Appartement bien situé dans le vieux Nice ,très agréable jolie déco . Un bémol sur la propreté sanitaires sols et intérieur des placards ;beaucoup de condiments, café etc... mis à notre disposition périmés et produits d'hygiène non fournis.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location but sadly dirty

Property location couldn’t be more perfect and the apartment is beautifully decorated. There were lovely fluffy white towels and plenty of beach towels. We were also very grateful for an early check in. Sadly the property was very dirty and had not been cleaned property. The dishwasher was still packed from the previous guests which had half the cutlery in it which we didn’t realise until half way through our stay. Nonetheless we had a lovely stay, and had it been clean, it would have got 5 stars.

Accueil convenable.C'est un charmant appartement , très fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié le calme , et sa situation en plein coeur du vieux-nice. Idéal pour 2 couples ou famille avec 2 enfants. Nous étions 6 et le canapé du salon n'est pas approprié pour faire dormir 2 personnes.

Chère Emmanuelle, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de laisser un avis. Nous sommes ravis que l'appartement vous ai plu. Il est vrai qu'il est très bien situé! Pour ce qui est du canapé lit - il est vrai qu'il ne mesure que 130cm - au lieu d'un lit double normal (140cm). C'est pour cela que nous offrons la possibilité pour un couple de 2, d'utiliser le 2ième canapé lit - à côté du 1er canapé lit - mais, il faut du coup aussi louer le linge supplémentaire.
