Apartment very functional and very bright.
2 bedroom apartment with terrace (to rest and take their meals away from sunlight discreetly), fully air conditioned, electric shutters, in a residential building of standing with Intercom, 100m from the beach and 500m from the palace festivals and congresses.
Spacious living room with large table and 6 chairs, sofa bed 2 places, large TV screen dvd wifi.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave; washing machine; .....
All equipment is new: sofa, TV, ....
Close to all amenities including bars, nightclubs, restaurants, cinemas, shops (50m from the Rue d'Antibes, 100m from the Croisette), railway station and port.
Crockery and linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, bedding ...). Extra Tourist final cleaning.
