Beautiful home in Lake Chaparral

A lovely executive home with many upgrades to enjoy. A master ensuite with a steam shower and towel warmer, heated floors in bathrooms, basement with a projector, kitchen with a full fridge and freezer as well as a second fridge in the butlers pantry as well as a instant hot water tap. Enjoy your evenings on the covered deck and barbecue and wood burning fireplace. Rooms not shown include a main floor piano room, a craft room off the kitchen and a large mudroom with a second set of washing machine and dryer. Plenty of space to enjoy!

Enjoy swimming and relaxing at Lake Sikome, beach and lake, only 4.5 km away

Enjoy the beautiful bow river and fish creek park, also 4.5 km away

We love how close it is to the mountains, and so many beautiful hiking trails. A favourite weekend day involves loading up the car with people and heading out to the mountains only 45 minutes away.
