Very bright house with a beautiful living space.
On the ground floor: an entrance with cupboard, a main room with living room, living room and open kitchen, a cellar and a toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with shower room, a second independent shower room and a separate toilet.
Two terraces to the east and south allow you to fully enjoy the sun.
