A una cuadra de la playa en una tranquila calle residencial se encuentra Casa Blanco, un pedacito de cielo. Todo sobre esta casa inspira al artista en su interior. Ya sea tratando de terminar un guión o simplemente buscando a tu musa, viendo arte comprado localmente a la rara máscara africana que cuelga de la pared, todo rejuvenecerá tus sentidos. El impresionante plano de planta abierta fue diseñado arquitectónicamente por el propio Fausto Rios de Bucerias. Su diseño, conocido como "mexicano moderno", es muy seguro y está creado para la máxima privacidad. Ofrece todas las comodidades de un nuevo hogar contemporáneo con un toque de estilo mexicano. Las grandes puertas de vidrio se abren a la veranda del segundo piso y ofrecen una vista del océano que es una sinfonía en sí misma. Mientras que la impresionante vista de 180 grados de las montañas y la playa desde la cubierta de la azotea son verdaderamente trascendentales, una piscina privada hace que la noche sea divertida para nadar sin que los ojos se entrometan. Very Big House

It was a very good week in the house. It has three bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Furniture in the living room could use some up dating. But I will be back again.

our trip

Spacious house with a walking distance from the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and each bedroom has an attached bathroom with one additional bath on the main floor- very convenient! We struggled with two issues: There is a constant construction noice from the building next door- started at 8am and ended at 6pm. Not the best way to enjoy and relax on our vacation. Lots of ants around the pool and in the house.

Great Spot!

We had a lovely time in Bucerias! The home was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 5 kids, ranging in age from 6 to 20. Having a bathroom connected to each room was great. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. One of my favorite moments was when my daughter was in the bathroom and looked up out the window into a tree full of iguanas! The pool is a little on the cooler side, but as the days warmed up and it caught a bit of sun, it was a nice place to cool off. Highly recommend this home for the price!!

House stay in Bucerias.

The house was bright and airy and had and everything we needed. It was very close to the beach and numerous restaurants. The large grocery store was only a 10-15 walk. The beds were very comfortable and had AC in each room as well as ceiling fans. The host responded quickly to our questions. The only drawback was the construction noise; which was tolerable. There are numerous construction projects in Bucerias and it would be difficult to avoid the noise in most places. I would recommend this home. .

Brief Relaxing Stay in my Favorite Town

Old style Mexican home well kept and clean.Pictures are accurate…location is perfect.Although there is construction nearby (always in this townno matter your location) it was never intrusive.

We were very happy with the condo over all but a manual of how things work, when the garbage goes out, how the stove works etc. would have been very helpful. One thing that really concerned us was The pool people just showed up and came in without any notice. My daughter was sick in bed 1 day and saw a man walk down the hall by her bedroom . We said we didn't want Maid Service and yet both weeks a maid just showed up and came in and were not happy when we sent them away. The schedule for the pool people could be in the manual with what day and an approximate time they were coming. Bucerias is a lovely safe place and we hope to come back in the near future . Big House

This is a three bedroom, three bath house. It is on two levels. We found the house convenient to restaurants and the beach. The property was on the house before arrived making sure it was cleaned before we moved it. He was very helpful. The maid came twice during our seven night stay. This was my third time there and will return in a few months. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect Getaway

Had so much fun hanging out at the property. Pool had great privacy. Beach was a 2 min walk. Convenience store at top of the hill has cold beer. Full size grocery store about a 10 min walk. Felt super safe and private. Lots of restaurants around but also had fully equipped kitchen and a charcoal BBQ. No air conditioning in main living space but bedrooms all have AC which is definitely where you'd rather it. Lovely open main area with sliding doors/windows out to the pool. Only negative is the construction noises nearby but honestly there is so much construction in Bucerias you probably can't avoid that anyway. Will definitely recommend to friends!

Comfortable stay

Felt very safe in the centre of the town. Large rooms were comfortable. Was great to have a washer and dryer on site. Only negatives would be that there was no outside light on the street. And with all the construction in the area it would have been nice to have housekeeping more than once a week. But all the supplies were there so we did our own. Would stay there again.

This home is lovely. It is very comfortable, photos are very representative of the beautiful home. The location is primo. A block to the beautiful beach, easy walking to restaurants and shops. You have beach chairs, boards, towels everything you could need for enjoying the beach. The pool is very nice. Great place to enjoy when not out enjoying the people and town. We all felt very safe and comfortable. We will be going back. Miguel and Oliver were responsive and very helpful. Thank you.

Amazing property close to the beach

Loved staying at this property. Everything was just as described (and matched the pictures). Rooms are bright and airy and kitchen is well-equipped. We were 6 adults for most of the stay and there was plenty of space for our group. Location is amazing. Close to the beach and many great restaurants! Hosts were great and check-in was easy. We've stayed in several places in Bucerias and this was at the top of the list. I really hope to be able to stay here again!

Great Location and Home!

An excellent location - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and central Bucerias. Everything was in good working order and it was nice to have access to the beach chairs and umbrella. It was a bit noisy during the day due to the construction across the street but it seemed every neighborhood had buildings going up.

Vacation Getaway

My wife and I planned our first trip to Mexico and we found Miguel's home. It was very spacious and only a couple of blocks from the beach. This area is growing and no matter where you go, there's construction. Just be aware! The house is in decent shape, needs sime updates. Miguel was awesome and very easy and friendly to communicate with. Always answered our request and had enough towels and supplies for what we needed. Overall, an awesome time was had by all and Miguel assisted with this. Thanks

Merveilleux séjour!

Belle maison très bien située, à 2 min de la plage, 10 min de l'épicerie et tout près de plusieurs restaurants. Le tout à pied, pas besoin de taxi, avec des enfants c'était l'idéal. Miguel répondait très rapidement à toutes nos questions la communication était super. Merci beaucoup !

Great Location and tons of space

The house is in a perfect location, close to everything that you need. Great space and the pool is nice. Management staff were friendly and attentive and easy to connect with. Property and house could use some fresh paint and a good cleaning but overall was a great space for my family and had everything we needed for a great vacation.

Wonderful house in Bucerias

We had a great time at Miguel’s lovely house in Bucerias. This is a very spacious house and the private pool out back was refreshing in the heat of the mid day. Right down the street from several amazing restaurants and cafés, as well as the beach. We hope to be back some day!

This is a great house.

We stayed here with four adults and two children. The house was perfect. Very clean and well-equipped. A lot of room to spread out. Only two short blocks to a great beach and close to restaurants. The pool was an added luxury. The management team and staff are superb. We would definitely stay here again.
