Let yourself be tempted by this modern, yet warm and cozy, 2-bedroom apartment that will offer you the most prized benefit of being just 5 minutes away from the Mouré Rouge beach on one side and the Croisette beach on the other. Orange juice at sunrise, cocktails for sundowner, and whatever you want in-between, that’s a pretty good vacation program...

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

- A decoration carefully chosen by the owners to render a “like at home” atmosphere instead of “like at the hotel”.

- A beautiful living room, opening to the terrace, where you will find (for your own enjoyment) a sofa, a coffee table, a flat screen TV, and a dining table for 4 people.

- An open terrace with a table for your breakfast or cocktails while sun-bathing.

- A large separate kitchen with everything you need, especially a Nespresso coffee machine (what else?) as well as all necessary appliances, including a kettle, toaster, and of course a bunch or dishes, silverware, glasses, etc… There is access to the veranda from here, nice!

- A bedroom suite with a king size bed and a private bathroom, plus access to the enclosed terrace with a small office space looking out to the outdoor greenery, that’s cool.

- A second bedroom with a king size bed and a large closet.

- A second separate bathroom with toilets, bathtub AND walk-in shower.

- Separate toilets, but they don’t mind being on their own (and you’ll probably be happy about that too).

Some highlights:

- Secured building entrance with cool badges.
- Air conditioning system: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).
- Double-pane windows for maximum comfort.
- A dedicated parking spot, just for you (and your nice car).

Please note:
- The dual heating/cooling system is central to the building and is subject to the activation of the cold or hot air by the co-ownership, according to the season (this is true information).

And, as a bonus:

- A Set of clean sheets is provided for each bed.
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee).
- But sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few short steps down your street, the Avenue Tristan Bernard, you will be able to pick your favorite activity, all withing less than seven and a half minutes (unless you are walking backward or on your hands):

- Reach the Mouré Rouge beach to do a little dipping in the sea or find an outdoor café to sip a cocktail.

- Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats.

- Change scenery and go get a sun-tan on a park bench at the Jardin des Hespérides.

- Go empty your bank account in the shops on rue d’Antibes.

- Talk your family or friends into going to the Place de l’Etang for a pétanque game.

Or, in less than 10 minutes by car:

- Go take a selfie like a star (don’t worry, everyone does that!) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès (or just go to work if you are here for business).

- Board a train to an unknown (or not) destination.

- Use your imagination while walking around the city center, but only on the sidewalks on the odd-numbered side of the streets.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
