Evian 186-Perfect 2BR, 2BA Villa! Close to pool, tennis, golf & restaurants!

This 1st floor beautifully remodeled 2 bed/ 2 bath Evian villa in Shipyard, Hilton Head Island is the perfect retreat for you and your family!! We take pride in our beach house and are continually updating our wonderful HHI Villa!

This Evian villa in Shipyard is a 2 minute walk to the tennis courts and communal pool for all guests to enjoy! There is lush landscaping throughout the complex - a perfect opportunity for an after dinner stroll! There are multiple lagoons and sitting areas in the complex also. The beach is about a 12 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride away. We provide a BEACH TAG for parking at Beach Club, 5 beach chairs and a beach wagon for your convenience.

Evian is in Shipyard which is ideally located; convenient to Coligny shops and the many island restaurants. The impeccably maintained landscape, numerous lagoons and ponds provide home to a wide variety of native wildlife, miles of biking and walking paths at your doorstep along with a multitude of outdoor activities include golf galore, fishing, kayaking , bird watching, park and nature trails, festivals, theaters and music all await you. If you have time, step off the island and discover the lowcounty - Daufuskie, Bluffton and historic Savannah are all within 40 minute drive.

STARTER Amenities upon arrival:
-Roll of paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, a couple of dishwasher and washing machine pods, small hotel style soap in each bathroom.

Kitchen:
-Fully stocked with all that you would need to cook a family meal! Two Kitchen towels provided.
Small appliances include:
-Cuisinart coffee pot
-Keurig Single Serve Coffee Brewer
-Toaster
-Microwave

Bedrooms:
-Primary w/King size bed.
-Primary w/Beautifully renovated walk-in shower.
-Guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds & access to hall bath with tub & shower combo.

-Ceiling fan for your convenience.
-Books & some games provided.

Patio’s:
-Back covered patio: Teak table and 4 chairs and a view of the golf course - perfect for morning coffee and a great book or an evening dinner party for your family.

TV’s & WiFi:
Both bedrooms and the living room offer televisions for your enjoyment. Live TV, Live Sports, and Movies are available via Hulu, ESPN & Disney + streaming.
-Living room 50” TV over fireplace.
-Primary Bedroom 50” Roku Smart TV.
-Guest Bedroom 32” TV.
-WiFi service (300 mbps download speed) provided at property.

This is a wonderful property! It's very clean, spacious, and came with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was great to work with and sent us plenty of information ahead of time to help us familiarize ourselves with the property and Hilton Head. We loved that it had beach chairs and a boogie board that we could use when we went to the beach. We will definitely try to stay here again if we ever come back to Hilton Head.

We have booked this a few times and it is always clean and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and appliances and furniture is all up to date. We love the location which is only a 10 minute bike ride to the beach or shops.

Perfect family vacation

This property was the perfect location for our family’s first trip to HHI together. We had the right amount of space and amenities- bonus the washer and dryer were like brand new! Always a plus for us traveling with young children!

We love hosting travelers as well!

Why they chose this property

Shipyard is a plantation that is centrally located on Hilton Head and is close to great restaurants, shops and is also easy to get on and off the island. We love the traditional architecture of the Evian Villa's and the natural setting with beautiful tree cover including impressive live Oaks in the area. Evian offers several Tennis Courts, nice size Pool, three 9-hole golf courses and a driving range.

What makes this property unique

This property is diagonally across the street from the pool and tennis courts which is extremely convenient! It’s just a short 5 min bike ride to the beach as well!
