As you approach this newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath first-floor villa, the view opens to an expansive lagoon with a gazebo at the end of a walkway. Next to the serene lagoon is an inviting pool and there are multiple lighted tennis courts, too. Please Note: Only 1 vehicle can be parked at the Shipyard Beach Club and you must have the Shipyard Beach Club stamped Shipyard gate pass in your vehicle to be able to park there.

* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Evian features a spacious pool and sundeck, plus lighted tennis courts and 4 brand-new pickleball courts to keep you moving. The beach is easily walkable or bikeable, with access to Shipyard's private beach club, an extensive trail network, and the Van Der Meer Tennis Center.

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
