It has a living room with sofa bed 1.40 x 2.00 for two people plus two bedrooms, one with double bed 1.50 x 1.90 and another located in loft with two single beds.
Comfortable and new viscoelastic mattresses.
It has a private garden of 250 m2 on two levels, with barbecue, large wooden table and pergola to relax.
The apartment is equipped with TV, refrigerator, washing machine.
Located at a distance of about 3 minutes walk to reach the beach.
CAN FALCO offers guests bicycles totally free, the possibilities are immense bike ride, number of paths leading through nature to neighboring towns and other beaches.
The complex has a community pool, playground, supermarket.

Très bon moment

Le séjour a été très agréable, nous étions proches de la mer. Le jardin est vraiment appréciable avec des arbres et un barbecue. Nous remercions le propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons.

Prachtige plek bij strand en natuurgebied

We (2p) verbleven 2 weken in dit heerlijke huis met ons hondje. De omheinde tuin met 3 verdiepingen was heerlijk. Midden in de natuur met vlakbij het strand. In huis alles aanwezig. Onze dochter is 5 dagen geweest en er is een aparte slaapgelegenheid voor 2 personen in de mezzanine. Voor langere tijd met 4 pers misschien wel krap maar je leeft de hele dag buiten dus nu geen probleem. Zeer goede service bij aankomst en vertrek. Fietsen aanwezig. Enige nadeel is dat je eigenlijk niet door de slagboom mag op de camping El Dolfin Verde zonder polsbandje maar via het strand ging ik gewoon elke ochtend verse broodjes halen!

Schönes Häuschen in Strandnähe

Wir wurden freundlich von unserem Vermieter Cristobal empfangen und in unserem Haus eingewiesen. Das Haus liegt am Rande einer Ferienhaussiedlung (Mas Pinell). Es ist ein schöner Gemeinschafts- Pool dabei, der auch wenig benutzt wird, also einem fast alleine zur Verfügung steht. Die Siedlung hat wohl Ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich und hat leider das ein und andere weniger schöne Grundstück zur Ansicht bereit. Cristobals Haus ist allerdings sehr schön und gepflegt mit Garten und Grill, eine grüne Oase! Der Strand ist auch wunderschön, herrlich klares Wasser und toller Sand. Allerdings muss man Sonnenschirm und Liegen mitbringen wenn man nicht 25€ für zwei Liegen und einen Schirm am Tag zahlen möchte. Leider gibt es keinen Supermarkt in der Siedlung. Das heißt jeden Morgen mit dem Auto 5km zum Brot kaufen. Das schmerzt natürlich wenn man ein grünes Herz hat... Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen, hier kann man eine schönes Zeit mit seiner Familie verbringen.

Sonne tanken am Meer

Das Haus lag 9 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Der Parkplatz war direkt am Haus. Der Garten mit drei Terassen war sehr gut gepflegt und ziemlich groß. Ein Traum! Der Strand, mit Hundestrand, war einfach super und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Isabel und Cristobal war problemlos und einfach. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Magnifica estancia

Hemos podido disfrutar dos semanas. Mas Pinell es un oasis de tranquilidad entre todos los centros turísticos de la zona. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las vacaciones, el jardín es magnifico y la cercanía a la playa es un plus. La relación con los propietarios fue perfecta dandonos rápida solución a un par de cuestiones que les planteamos. Muchas gracias Cristobal e Isabel

Fantastica casa para disfrutar de unas vacaciones

Estuvimos 2 semanas disfrutando de este estupendo alojamiento. Somos una pareja con un bebé de 20 meses y mi mujer estaba embarazada de 6 meses. Los propietarios son un encanto y se preocupan mucho de todos los detalles. La casita está muy bien acondicionado con todos los utensilios necesarios. Pero lo mejor de todo sin duda es el jardín.... Un sitio maravilloso para disfrutar con el peque que se lo paso en grande investigando. Nos dejaron unas bicis donde podiamos llevar al niño.... Tanto es asi que ahora me compraré un acople para mi bicicleta. Supermercado justo al lado. Cerca de un estupendo Camping donde poder disfrutar también de sus servicios. Y la playa está cerca aunque nosotros como no podemos estarnos quietos cada día fuimos a conoces una playa de la Costa Brava. Bien situada. En definitiva un lugar fantastico para pasar unas buenas vacaciones y desconectar. Por último , decir, que se nos olvidó una botita del peque y tuvieron el detalle de enviarnoslo sin coste alguno. Si queréis ir de vacaciones a la Costa Brava nos parece un sitio ideal para ir en familia.

Tranquilidad en pleno verano. Casa como nueva.

La ubicación es perfecta. Un lugar muy tranquilo, amplia playa con agua limpia y transparente en los días que el mar está en calma. Cubre poco y la playa es muy ancha por lo que es perfecta para ir con niños pequeños. Parece mentira, pero en pleno verano disfrutas cómodamente de espacio en la arena. Playa nada masificada. Si quieres visitar lugares típicos u otras playas estas cerca de las más conocidas. La urbanización es muy tranquila y por la noche puedes pasear sin apenas gente, como si no fuera verano. La casa esta a 3min de la playa andando. Hace esquina y está en el límite de la urbanización, por lo que la tranquilidad es absoluta. Para el día a día tiene un pequeño supermercado cruzando la calle. En la casa no echamos en falta nada. Muy equipada tanto en camas, a/a, utensilios de cocina, etc. Estaba todo como nuevo. La casa no es muy grande, pero cuenta con los metros necesarios para estar cómodamente. Nosotros eramos un matrimonio con dos niños. Cuenta con un jardín amplio en dos alturas que es perfecto para grandes y pequeños, ya sea para cenar, jugar o charlar tranquilamente. La urbanización tiene dos piscina (una infantil y una grande) muy cuidadas y con un pequeño parque infantil. Los dueños son atentos y agradables. Recomendamos este alojamiento porque es un sitio único por la tranquilidad que tienes y los parajes de la zona, así como la casa, la cual está limpia, cuidada y con todas las comodidades.
