The views are great, make sure you get a rental to get around the island.
The host made everything great, even bought us some "Chicken Soup" on a rainy day.
Would stay here again!!!

Jeff and partner, are great guest yo have, we see forwards to host them again.
Johannes was a fantastic host, and very responsive. Words can’t describe the incredible views, and everything on the island is just a short drive from the property...100% would stay here again!

Ken was a amazing guy, together with his sister he can come back every time he wants , he is that kind of guest you like to stay
The room was so nice! Very spacious bedroom and bathroom with lovely views of the ocean. There is no AC so it can get warm at night! You have to be good about opening the windows, but also be aware of mosquitos and keep the canopy closed around the bed. I did have to initiate contact with the host to determine how to check in, but after that communication was smooth. The driveway is VERY TIGHT and shared with others on the property. So if you’re driving (which you should based on the area) be prepared to maneuver your car well in the driveway, or park on the side of the road below. Overall though, a very lovely room and I would recommend!

Chloe was a fantastic guest. We enjoyed hosting her and look forward to her return.
The room was exactly as pictured. It was nice, clean and the view was spectacular. The host was accommodating and even gave us a ride to town on our first night. I would however recommend renting a car because it is a little further from town and it was sometimes hard to catch a cab to and from our room. Everything else was spectacular.

The overall experience was great ... the view alone was worth the price of the room .. only concern was little sugar ants

Please keep in mind this place does not have screens on their windows and there is no air conditioning, which means you will get bit during the day/night. The ceiling fan barely spun and the water is rain water (potential brown water here and there from faucets/shower).
The owner is not the actual owner. He only manages the property and the property is hard to find with the address given.

Yes I am not the owner but my wife is( so i am also the owner), the fan have 5 speeds and on the Island you have no City water. The windows have screens only the doors not
Our host Johannes is a new friend, even though it felt like we were leaving an old friend! We wouldn’t want to stay any where else on the island. The views from our room were just amazing! Having someone with island knowledge and a friendly spirit just added to the beautiful experience! The convenience to town and the beaches was phenomenal. This location is safe, secure, and inviting. On your stay rent a car you can enjoy the island with, we had a jeep and checked all the beaches and circled the island several times! The island was the draw, Johannes and his VRBO will bring you back!
Enjoy-

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Johannes’s place. The view is gorgeous and the apartment was nice and clean. We rented a car only for a day but I’d recommend renting a 4-wheel drive for your stay—some taxis don’t drive down the road because it is so steep. We were able to walk to Magen’s Bay a few times from the property but a car would still be ideal . Thank you for letting us stay at your place, Johannes!
The view was fantastic from the property. It was our first VRBO so we didn't know quite what to expect. We were surprised that there was no air conditioning; it got a bit muggy and noisy at night. The Dish was not working for any live TV. We were asked to dispose of our trash off of the property during our stay. Roof leaked a bit during a hard rain on one day.
All that said, we still enjoyed our stay and felt it was worth the money paid.
We enjoy this place, very beautiful view, very welcoming and friendly owners, good neighborhood.
They have basic food prep area.
If you want to see more of island - must rent jeep, very steep roads.

Great guests. Very pleasant and thankful. Left the room immaculately clean. We look forward to hosting them in the future. 100% correct..you need a vehicle due to the Terraine in St. Thomas.
The kitchen was a microwave & dorm refrigerator. With no sink so had to wash dishes in bathroom. No dish towels, cutting board, or casserole for cooking in microwave. No can opener, potholders. No beach towels which we always find in rentals near the beach.
Owner was helpful with TV .

The studio is as described in the posting:There is no kitchen. You get a microwave and a small fridge, dish tv, king size bed and ensuite bathroom with towels, just like a hotel room.
Our group of guests do no need a kitchen as they eat out and have their own beach towels & personal supplies.
These guests were aware of that before the booking. The studio is similar to a hotel room and not for guests interested in cooking etc.
These particular guests requested the listed items and the owner timely provided every item as requested except for the beach towels.
Its unfortunate the guests missed the studios beautiful views of the emerald blue ocean & the BVI.
Not much else could have been done to make these guests more comfortable.
Guest requests are met as requested and as needed.
Everything was great. We got used to not having a kitchen which we noticed most Apts in AirBnB and VRBO don’t have. But we had no internet which was a real problem for me as I needed to work and used all my high speed data in less than 2 weeks. Also the driveway was challenging for our Corolla. A 4-wheel drive would have worked better. Our Host was wonderful and accommodating. Beautiful views and restful place. Close to everything central to the island. Enjoyed it immensely.
