Pretty view! The owner was helpful and father was on property to help if needed. Sleeps 2 and there’s an air mattress for another. Be aware that chickens are loud and all over the island, so you might need earplugs. Overall a great stay.

The cottage was clean, comfortable and cozy. Renting a car is recommended as this is in a residential area and hard to get a taxi. The host was responsive and his father (who lives right next door) was extremely helpful and friendly. The cottage is in the middle of the island and just a short drive to all of the hot spots on St. Thomas. We loved our stay. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay! Host friendly and responsive. Room clean and nicely furnished. Nice patio with views of city lights and distant views of water. Comfortable bed, washer and dryer. Everything we needed to make some simple meals. Bring ear plugs for the roosters but they are all over the island so pretty sure you'll hear them whereas you stay. The roads are curvy and make it a little challenge to find the first time but only 10 minutes to the beach and Google Maps takes you right there. Host sent a picture so we knew right where to park

The host was responsive, there were cleaning supplies readily available for easy cleanup. The washer and dryer were fantastic to have access to. The host had laundry detergent available but I had brought my own. The shower stood out because it had the best hot water and water pressure! We had an amazing stay!

Great little stay!

We loved this little Vrbo, highly recommend it to anyone visiting St Thomas! The host and his father were extremely accommodating and kind. Property was clean, comfortable, and affordable.

I love this little house!

This is the most beautiful little house. Everything brand new and clean! The listing was very accurate and the owners were very kind. As a frequent visitor to St Thomas, I was impressed and would absolutely stay here again. The area is safe and easy to access, and I felt very at home.

This was, indeed, a cozy cottage! Clean, private, well designed, amazing views, and easy access to everything, including Magen's Bay. The owner was kind and attentive--lived right next door so if there were any problems (we didn't have any, but if there were) they would have been solved quickly. Washer and dryer makes life so convenient after a day at the beach! The cottage has everything you need to be comfortable and happy on vacation in paradise!

Excellent replacement

Two weeks before our vacation starting day, and owner of another property we reserved sent us a note that they cannot accommodate us so we switched to this property and there was no any regrets. New 1 br/ 1ba home with all new appliances. You need a rental car for your convenience

Enjoyed our stay - kitchen was well equipped, washer/dryer, comfy bed, plenty of linens, and enjoyed the back deck. Host was very helpful when we had questions or concern. Clean and thoughtfully appointed. Downsides: location difficult for taxi driver to find us, and the roosters - for a while in early morn, a brief period about 3 AM (?), and pretty much all afternoon. We sort of adjusted, and other than those times, neighborhood was completely quiet.

Spectacular Stay!

Property is exactly as described in a quiet residential area (the photos do no justice)!! It’s perfect for a couple and or small family it’s fully equipped with all essentials everything you may need for short or even long stays the washer /dryer in the unit was also a big bonus … basically home away from home it’s very cozy, modern, super clean, private and off-road … also the host Mr P even though he is right next door he respects your privacy and is available at your fingertips 24/7 if needed you won’t be disappointed…!!!

Magical Stay at Cozy Cottage!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Cozy Cottage, and it was nothing short of fantastic. As a family of four, 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 toddler, finding the perfect accommodation can be a challenge, but this newly built and renovated cottage was ideal for us. Location-wise, it couldn't have been better. Situated centrally, we were close to everything - from local attractions to amenities, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. But what truly set our experience apart was the exceptional hospitality of our hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering invaluable recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed. The cottage itself was charming and well-appointed, with a cozy atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view from the balcony. Overlooking the islands, the town, and the ocean, it provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. In summary, our stay at Cozy Cottage was nothing short of wonderful. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable retreat. Thank you to our hosts for making our vacation truly special. We can't wait to return!

Trifecta of Cleanliness, Comfortableness & Private Villa Cottage!

I am thrilled to have been able to reserve this countryside, mountaintop cottage. This place was super clean and the furniture looked brand new! Upon opening the door, I knew we had made the right choice. The king-sized bed in the bedroom was comfortable with quality bedding and we had a peaceful night's sleep during our five nights. The kitchen and living/den combo were perfect although we didn't cook one time. The AC system was ice cold and the two flatscreens were nice to have in both the bedroom and the den. We also took advantage of the full-sized washer and dryer. The back deck was nice and clean with a wooded view of the mountains and a peak of the beautiful water. The chickens and roosters seen and heard from the deck made us feel like locals and experience the vibe of the island. This cottage was perfect for us and we are so happy to have met the owners' father, who is a local native, and a taxi van driver if needed, he was friendly extremely helpful in answering all questions and also directing us to the most beautiful beaches in the world and the local restaurants. You will need a car to explore and you will get used to driving on the left, up and around gorgeous mountaintops, and exploring the islands as we did. So very thankful we choose this place with some super awesome people! Thank you, Mr. Potter! I am sorry to say I did not get a pic with your dad: I do hope we will get to visit again and next time longer!

Cozy Cottage Indeed!

The cottage was super clean and very comfortable! Loved having a king sized bed and new appliances and furniture. The owner and his father who lives next door was very kind and responsive. They even allowed us to check in early and we arrived to a welcome bottle of local rum in celebration of our 20th anniversary. What a lovely touch! The cottage is in a great location on the east side of the island and was no more than a 15 minute drive to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Renting a car is recommended. The a/c worked great and having ceiling fans in each room was nice. A few things to note: There is no hairdryer in the cottage, so pack your own. There are beach towels but no other beach gear. Beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler would have been great. The roosters in the neighborhood are very noisy at ALL hours of the day and night. I wish this would have been mentioned in the listing. It did not make for a very peaceful and quiet stay and woke my husband snd I up most nights at 1, 2, and 3AM, etc. If you are a light sleeper, this cottage is probably not for you. These are not the owner’s roosters but are fed by a neighbor so I do feel bad that this unfortunate situation is out of their control. The father did warn us of the roosters at the time of check in and described it as “island life”. I get it but all day and night with barely a break in between was just a little too much for us. We tried to catch up on our sleep during the days we were at the beach.

Chayne and Austin were great, very welcoming. New place so in great condition. Not many food options close by but within 10-15 min drive you can go to restaurant or carry out. We stopped by the grocery store for breakfast items to make at the house. 10 min drive to Magens bay and we would stop by a coffee shop on the way.
