Esta casa de Resort se encuentra en la piscina comunitaria con un río lento, un tobogán de agua y una piscina de calidad de resort que usted esperaría en un resort de alto nivel. Lo que le da la opción de tener un día tranquilo en su propia piscina privada mientras los niños toman un crucero por el tobogán de agua y flotan por el río lento. Home was exactly what was described. Just 20 mins from Disney parks so the location was great. Communicating with the property owners was easy and they were so quick to reply. Definitely recommend staying here

Great vacation home

This home is a great place to vacation. With so much space, a large kitchen, private, pool and hot tub and a great neighborhood to walk around in, what more could someone want. The only Tammy were great hosts, and the house was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone close to Disney as well about a 15 minute drive.

Great for families of all ages

We have stayed at a variety of area properties over the past 7 years and this home made the top of the list! Owner was very responsive to our requests as they came up and worked with us on minor issues. Great location, 5 minute walk to the water park. Beds were very comfortable and property was immaculate. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family trip

This property was great! We were a group of 11 with 3 children and everything we needed was provided. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The resort pool and clubhouse were just a short walk away. We had a few questions during our stay and all were answered right away. I would definitely recommend this property!

We do "work bees" at the house spring and fall, focusing on repairs, maintenance, and upgrades, so thank you for noticing that the house is in great condition and the amenities were present as listed. In the spring we address the things that we added to the "list-of-things-to-do" in the fall, and in the fall we address the things that we added to the "list-of things-to-do" in the spring. This spring we upgraded the Boogie Board Bedroom decor, added ceiling fans to that room and the Sandals Bedroom, installed room darkening curtains in all the south facing rooms upstairs, upgraded security features for the house, upgraded the pool motor, installed a new 50+" tv in the living room, started providing "Welcome Packs" for guests, .... and many more little things. Prior to your review, while we were there this spring, we did maintain and repair the grill, but we also added it to the list of upgrades that need to be addressed when we come down in the fall this year. Again, thank you for your 5 Star Review, and for practicing excellent self-catering vacation etiquette. We look forward to hosting your family again soon.

Great house!

The house was perfect for our family. The resort was great too! We had extended family and the home had enough eating areas and hang out places for all ages. The pool and hot tub were awesome but the last night the hot tub wasn't working. Definitely stay here, great home!

Great House

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 teens for spring break. House was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of seating outside for dining and the outdoor bar and grill were great. Location in the community was perfect with the pool and lazy river right behind the house. Owners were very helpful with any questions and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home

We have stayed in this house before. The owners maintain and above average home and make sure everything is set for a higher quality stay than your average rental experience. We have booked several other homes in Florida and this one is a plus. Located close to parks but easy to access services. Our favorite area is the pool and it was wonderful.

Everything was easy regarding booking, checking in, and communicating with the owners. Clean property in nice neighborhood with good amenities. Perfect Family Vacation Home

We brought together 4 generations (11 people) of our family for a week at this fantastic home and had a wonderful time. It is rare to find a listing that looks like it does in the photos, but this home was everything shown and so much more. It features plenty of space, lots of things to do, one of the best equipped kitchens I've ever seen, and amazing hosts who communicate quickly and ensure everything is taken care of immediately. We will absolutely book this home again and highly recommend it!

We had THE BEST family trip and staying at this property was a highlight of the trip. The owners were the absolute best to work with and they communicated quickly regarding any questions that we had. The house was PERFECT for our family! Very clean with great amenities. This was our first big family trip post Covid and this home allowed me to travel with my senior parents and relax without concern of them having people in and out daily in their space. WE WILL BE STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!

Clean, spacious, convenient

Home was huge and super clean. One of the best rentals we have stayed in. The private pool and hot tub were great to have and enjoyed by all. About a 20 minute drive to Disney Hollywood Studios. About 40 minute drive to Lego Land. Close to a Publix grocery and Target. Short walk to clubhouse. Neighborhood was quiet.

Excellent home

Neil and Tammy have a great home. We have stayed in other vacation rentals and this was one of the more exceptional places we have stayed. I had a special request and they accommodated it. Our family enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend this home to anyone. They are very good communicators and check in often to make sure we didn’t need anything. This rental would be my first pick for future trips.

We had looked in many areas of Florida for the perfect vacation home for a couple of years. Most of the homes in a resort require you to get in the car and drive with the family over to the community amenities, which we feel is very inconvenient. The location of our home means no loading up the car, and everyone has the freedom to come and go as they please.
From the moment we walked out the sliding door onto the pool deck, we knew we'd found the perfect place - backing onto a tree covered walking path and the community pool with lazy river. We love this property! Morning coffee in the morning on the pool deck as the sun is coming up thru the palms and pine trees is so relaxing and beautiful. No to mention our pool deck faces south so no shortage of sun. And when you need a break from the sun, we've installed sails on the pool deck and over the pool. In the cooler months or if you like to use a hot spa, "Pool & Spa Heat" can be added to your reservation for a fee.
