Disney Trip

We rented this house for a week of Disney fun. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay 3 days due to Hurricane Milton. The house was absolutely perfect for us, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all of its amenities. The upstairs game room came in handy for a rainy day spent indoors. The entire house was tastefully decorated and was totally our vibe. The pool/hot tub situation was a bit confusing. Apparently the hot tub doesn’t run and keep heat after the pool pump shuts off. The pump is on a timer and shuts off too early, so if you are waiting to get kids to bed or when it’s dark, it will not work for you. My only other complaint is that the bed pillows need replaced with something better, they were just too flat and uncomfortable for our liking. We would definitely consider staying here again or recommend to a friend.

Great family trip

This property was great! We were a group of 11 with 3 children and everything we needed was provided. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The resort pool and clubhouse were just a short walk away. We had a few questions during our stay and all were answered right away. I would definitely recommend this property!

Memories

We chose this home because of the location to the amenities and ratings. The place looks clean but it is not really clean. There was soap scum in the sink and the shower shelf. Supplies (trash bags, paper towels, and dish soap) was not enough for our stay and I had to purchase additional supplies. There was trash that was moved into the garage floor. They expect you to removed all bedding, wash towels, run dishwasher so I am not sure why charge a cleaning fee if I have to leave everything washed and clean.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We brought together 4 generations (11 people) of our family for a week at this fantastic home and had a wonderful time. It is rare to find a listing that looks like it does in the photos, but this home was everything shown and so much more. It features plenty of space, lots of things to do, one of the best equipped kitchens I've ever seen, and amazing hosts who communicate quickly and ensure everything is taken care of immediately. We will absolutely book this home again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful home in a great location

We brought our college softball team here for a quick stay and really loved it! The house is beautiful and well-maintained. The back yard pool and hot tub are great. Make sure you read the directions about how to get the hot tub warmer. Only recommendation for future guests is that if you have a large party, bring your own toilet paper. We ran out after one day. Otherwise, they have plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups etc. They also have an awesome upstairs area with a pool table and gaming area. And lots of TVs throughout the house. Would love to come back here again for a personal vacation.

Terrific home, very clean, with very responsive owners

Everything was easy regarding booking, checking in, and communicating with the owners. Clean property in nice neighborhood with good amenities. Fully stocked kitchen… we cooked and ate in a lot and lacked nothing in regards to utensils and cookware. Pool and spa were great! Thanks for sharing your home with our family Neil and Tammy!

Wonderful home

We have stayed in this house before. The owners maintain and above average home and make sure everything is set for a higher quality stay than your average rental experience. We have booked several other homes in Florida and this one is a plus. Located close to parks but easy to access services. Our favorite area is the pool and it was wonderful.

Beautiful home

Home was exactly what was described. Just 20 mins from Disney parks so the location was great. Communicating with the property owners was easy and they were so quick to reply. Definitely recommend staying here

A great weekend getaway close to home

Clean, spacious, convenient

Home was huge and super clean. One of the best rentals we have stayed in. The private pool and hot tub were great to have and enjoyed by all. About a 20 minute drive to Disney Hollywood Studios. About 40 minute drive to Lego Land. Close to a Publix grocery and Target. Short walk to clubhouse. Neighborhood was quiet.

Excellent home

Neil and Tammy have a great home. We have stayed in other vacation rentals and this was one of the more exceptional places we have stayed. I had a special request and they accommodated it. Our family enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend this home to anyone. They are very good communicators and check in often to make sure we didn’t need anything. This rental would be my first pick for future trips.

Great vacation home

This home is a great place to vacation. With so much space, a large kitchen, private, pool and hot tub and a great neighborhood to walk around in, what more could someone want. The only Tammy were great hosts, and the house was perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone close to Disney as well about a 15 minute drive.

Stunning, clean, feels like home Vacation experience

This vacation home has a feels like home atmosphere, and is fully equipped with everything you need for your getaway, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, linens, bath towels, hangers, tv in every room, plenty of fridge space ( 3 of them!) , laundry facilities, 5 bathrooms! It is also beautifully decorated. It is also close to all amenities, including grocery stores, theme parks and restaurants. The home is spotless, not only on the inside but the pool area including outdoor furniture is so comfortable and clean too. There is so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Was the most relaxing vacation I've had in a long time. Thank you Tammy and Neil for sharing your home and being such great hosts!

Great for families of all ages

We have stayed at a variety of area properties over the past 7 years and this home made the top of the list! Owner was very responsive to our requests as they came up and worked with us on minor issues. Great location, 5 minute walk to the water park. Beds were very comfortable and property was immaculate. Would definitely stay here again.

Great game room

Overall, the house and pool was amazing!! The game room was loved by the kids. The ac couldn't be lowered, which is rough in June. Only 2 of the 4 upstairs rooms had ceiling fans. We bought 4 fans. Also, there was a pipe leak in the upstairs suite room, which really never got handle. The carpet was soaking wet 75% of our trip. The room started to smell like old moldy towels. Three different maintenance people came to check it out, but the issue was nvere resolved. I text the property manager and homeowners numerous times throughout our week long stay. I recieved delayed replies most of the time.

We had looked in many areas of Florida for the perfect vacation home for a couple of years. Most of the homes in a resort require you to get in the car and drive with the family over to the community amenities, which we feel is very inconvenient. The location of our home means no loading up the car, and everyone has the freedom to come and go as they please.
From the moment we walked out the sliding door onto the pool deck, we knew we'd found the perfect place - backing onto a tree covered walking path and the community pool with lazy river. We love this property! Morning coffee in the morning on the pool deck as the sun is coming up thru the palms and pine trees is so relaxing and beautiful. No to mention our pool deck faces south so no shortage of sun. And when you need a break from the sun, we've installed sails on the pool deck and over the pool. In the cooler months or if you like to use a hot spa, "Pool & Spa Heat" can be added to your reservation for a fee.
