Cocoonr offers this flat for rent in Saint-Malo, in a luxury residence. Located on the 1st floor, this 42 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- One bedroom with two single beds (which can be converted into a 160 cm bed)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, iron...
Outside :
- A shaded, peaceful terrace with outdoor furniture
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Neighbourhood and activities:
- As you leave the copropiété, turn left or right and you're on the seafront.
- In the Sillon district, you're just one block from the main beach on foot, as well as being close to all amenities.
- A 2-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic centre, or from the Palais des Congrès and the Espace Duguay Trouin if you're here on business.
- Numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance, such as Le Dock on the quayside, a bar-restaurant that is often very lively during concerts or matches. A loft atmosphere in this industrially decorated building.
- La Cabane sur les quais offers a seafood buffet.
- Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
- Intra-Muros and Chaussée du Sillon offer a wide range of restaurants, some of which are right on the waterfront.
