Bedrooms
The bedrooms are equipped with linens, sheets and blankets, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chairs, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Free and safes with combination. The Orange Bedroom "Orange Bedroom" is also equipped with a PC. In each bedroom it is possible to request a Baby cot, paying an extra € 100 to Cot for the entire stay. It is possible to request a high chair for children, paying a supplement of € 30 for the entire stay. It is possible to request a Pool Towel, paying a supplement of € 5 for each Pool Towel for the whole Stay / Holiday. One of the two bathrooms is inside the Orange Bedroom. While the other bathroom is located in the outdoor kitchen which can be used by all the rooms.

- Guests will have access to the villa by a remote controlled gate, with free parking for up to 4 cars, inside the property in the square. The use of the garden, swimming pool, kitchen, bedrooms and accessories provided in the photos are for exclusive use by guests. Check-in is scheduled at 17:00. Check-out is scheduled at 10:00. In the case of early check-in or late check-out requests, ask the owners if the villa is available according to the schedule. An extra supplement may be required to be paid upon check-in. Please note that it is not possible to invite friends and relatives who only use the services only if they are not part of the number of people who rented the villa.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
