Hello,

I rent a T3 apartment (52 m2) a few steps from the city center and the beach, in a quiet residence (Résidence PORTO DI MAR 2) with private parking space, the apartment is equipped with a live-box with WIFI connection.
Located on the ground floor with covered terrace of 10 m2 and uncovered of around 40 m².
This apartment is close to the Beach, Casino, Port, bakery, SPAR, butcher, fishmonger, press, pharmacy, etc.
Everything can be done on foot, the car can stay in its private parking space in front of the apartment.

Comfortable apartment:
- 1 st bedroom with 140 x 190 cm bed
- 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 80 X 190
- A living room with sofa bed 140 x 190
- a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
- The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, classic oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, etc.

Sheets and household linen are not provided (optional extra: 12 € for sheets and 6 € for towels).

Baby equipment:
- travel cot and super comfort mattress
- high chair
- Stroller (not brand new but can help out)

The exterior:
- 4 sunbeds + a small side table
- 2 deckchairs
- Garden table and its 4 chairs.
