5 Ocean Place -1st Floor Oceanfront 3 BR Condo Next Door to The Ritz Carlton.

Ground floor, beautifully updated condo has 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths. Each bedroom has it's own private bath. Your master bedroom has a king size bed with a separate tub, walk-in shower and a large walk in closet.  The queen guest bedroom also has a private bath with a tub/shower combo and the 3rd bedroom has a King bed with a private bath. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and has everything you may need to have meals for the whole family. The living room/dining room is an open floor plan looking out over the patio to the beach. This non-smoking unit has 2 sets of sliding glass doors out to your balcony, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom. Limited ocean views. With the pool located just off the patio, you can keep an eye on the pool from your own back space.

****Please note that the pools will be closed in this complex until at least 5/18/26****

A good stay overall. Communication with the host was quick and easy, and the beachfront location was a big plus. The condo was well stocked, especially in the kitchen, with thoughtful touches like dishwasher pods and a welcome chocolate. A lot of construction - including replacing the floors above the condo, but a comfortable, easy place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were totally disappointed in the overall condition of the condo. Our feet were filthy after walking on the tile floors, dust bunnies were everywhere and we had two showers that had to be repaired during our stay (not optimal for six adults on a beach vacation).
