Observez le lever du soleil et le coucher de soleil sur l'océan depuis votre terrasse ou vous pourrez être accueillis par l'une de nos nombreuses tortues gopher marchant sur les dunes de sable à la recherche de nourriture et d'amis.  Situé à côté du Ritz Carlton et du club de golf d'Amelia, Ocean Place est une communaut���� fermée privée dotée d'un système de sécurité 24h / 24 et 7j / 7. Il est situé à l'extrémité sud de l'île d'Amelia.



Votre chambre principale a un lit king size avec une baignoire séparée; douche de plain-pied et placard ouvert de bonne taille.  La chambre d'invité queen a également une salle de bain privée avec un combo baignoire / douche et la 3ème chambre a un lit King avec une salle de bain privée. Cette unité a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un bar.  Le salon / salle à manger est ouvert avec vue sur l'océan. A good stay overall. Communication with the host was quick and easy, and the beachfront location was a big plus. The condo was well stocked, especially in the kitchen, with thoughtful touches like dishwasher pods and a welcome chocolate. A lot of construction - including replacing the floors above the condo, but a comfortable, easy place to stay

Host was most accommodating as we were dealing with a difficult situation due to a problem and having to move from another VRBO property. All was in place. Our only complaint was the remodeling taking place outside which started at 6:45 every am, however we were warned about this ahead of time. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were totally disappointed in the overall condition of the condo. Our feet were filthy after walking on the tile floors, dust bunnies were everywhere and we had two showers that had to be repaired during our stay (not optimal for six adults on a beach vacation).
