About this property

Lovely Apartment in Alta Entinas, Almerimar, with shared pool and air con

Sit on the balcony and lookout over the pool, communal gardens, Puntas Entinas nature reserve and coastline.The sun shines on the balcony for most of the day and early evening creating a wonderful place for Al Fresco dining. Guest also have access to the large community pool (open June - September with lifeguard) and secure underground parking. There is also a children's play area on site and tennis courts. The apartment is air-conditioned providing hot or cold air making it a great place to stay all year round.

The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils and most importantly wine glasses! There is seating for four adults in the main living area, dining table and TV/DVD. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and the master bedroom has a safe for your valuables. In the family bathroom vanity unit you will find a hairdryer and a selection of toiletries available for your use.

Almerimar is a traditional authentic Spanish resort with a relaxed informal atmoshpere. There are plenty of bars and restaurants aound the marina and the beach is serviced with sunbeds and showers. If you fancy a day away from the beach the city of Almeria is less than one hour away and historic Granada with the Alhambra Palace less than two hours away.

Travelling with friends? Also, have another 2 bedroom apartment in Porto Fino which is close to the marina in Almerimar.

6 euros allowance per day for electricity loaded onto the meter. If required, additional electric cards can be purchased from the management company in resort. Buen apartamento para desconectar

Maravilloso residencial para desconectar con la familia. Falta algún que otro utensilio de cocina más (saltenes pequeñas, platos soperos) pero en general bien. Los colchones quizá habría que cambiarlos. Pero por lo general recomendable.

En el anuncio no viene que hay que dejar un depósito de las llaves Comunican que te devuelven el depósito cuando se deja las aves pero.lo.cierto que que te hacen una transferencia días más tardes En el anuncio no viene que hay un saldo diario de 5 € de luz y que si te pasas tienes que pedir más saldo con una importe adicional De todo esto te lo informa cuando te mandan la confirmación de la reserva cuando está pagada y lo de la transferencia cuando recoges las llaves

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. Terraza amplia y con buenas vistas. Piscina vigilada y con zona de césped muy agradable. La ubicación es muy buena, aunque la urbanización es muy ruidosa por ser tan grande y se escucha al vecino colindante nítidamente. A nuestra llegada nos costó encontrar la casa, ya que no están marcados los números de los bloques (bloque 10 en nuestro caso).

Urbanización perfectamente cuidada,la piscina en muy buenas condiciones. El apartamento reúne todo lo necesario. Si vuelvo a ir por Almerimar no dudaría en volver alquilarlo. Lo recomiendo!!! Muy agusto, estaba bastante cerca de todo. La urbanización es acogedora. Lo único el detalle de no haber un simple rollo de papel ni un poco de fairy nada más llegar para que si llegas con prisas puedas por lo menos tener una higiene básica primero. Creo que sería un detalle dejar algo así aunque sea un poco. Por lo demas todo perfecto!! cáma cómoda y la atención necesaria perfecta!

El Eijido, capitale de la mer de plastique, porte bien son nom. Les plages de sable gris sont décevantes. Appartement situé dans un grand complexe d'immeubles. Mobilier "cheap". Piscine collective agréable.

Wir waren von der Wohnung von Anfang an sehr begeistert. Sie war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es waren genügend Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Vor allen Dingen war sie sehr sauber! Die Anlage insgesamt ist toll und gut gepflegt. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr sauber. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in die Wohnung zurück.

El apartamento muy bueno,muy bien situado y muy tranquilo. La urbanizacion muy limpia y cuidada con unas instalaciones muy buenas y una preciosa piscina. Solo una pega,las camas muy incomodas asi como el sofacama,creo que son de cuando se compro el apartamento,yo intentaria cambiar las camas para poder descansar bien ya que hay juego de sabanas y toallas limpias de sobra para los 21 dias que estubimos alli. Un saludo

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement qui a une vue superbe sur la mer.Tout était impeccable dans l'appartement . Superbe résidence sécurisée et très bien entretenue. La piscine est très grande et surtout très chaude!!! L'aire de jeu pour les enfants très appréciable . Merci au propriétaire pour toutes les informations utiles qu'il nous a fourni avant notre arrivée . Je recommande vivement cet appartement si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances tranquilles en famille !!!

Great location, great acomodation!

Faultless service provided by Steve. He made the booking process really easy and my questions about the location of the property were answered quickly. The apartment was well equipped and well maintained. Great central location for trips to the beach and to explore Almeria and surrounding areas. I'd have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to friends and will be booking a return visit next year.
