4-5 BR + K + BA + 2 toilets + laundry room + showerroom + sauna, 122 square meters. 2 terraces with barbecue possibility, fireplace inside. Central heating. Machine ventilation (extraction).
Small grocery 100 m away, bigger groceries and restaurant 300 m away.
Train/bus station 300 m. Still quiet.
Airport 10 min, by Taxi or Train.
Helsinki city center 20 minutes by train. 16 km.
Swimming beach 1 km, Nuuksio nature reserve 20 km.
Please leave the place in the same condition as when you arrived.
Upstairs independent and completely separate apartment (3 br+k+sauna+ shower+wc) rented from time to time. The upper floor is not included in the rental property.
