A Cottage at Riverside by Sliding Rock Cabins is a pet-friendly riverfront cabin near Ellijay, Georgia, set directly on the Ellijay River. Enjoy river views from the dining area’s three walls of windows, soak in the hot tub overlooking the water, or gather around the riverside fire pit. Two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms accommodate four guests, while direct river access, a large fenced yard, and a gated porch make outdoor time inviting. Dogs and cats are welcome with no pet fees.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee beans, and coffee grinder. Pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, and cutlery are provided. There is no dishwasher. Bring your food, beverages, and condiments.

Outdoor living
Enjoy direct river access, porch and deck seating with dual rocker gliders, and a private hot tub overlooking the Ellijay River. Cook on the propane grill or gather around the riverside earthen fire pit. The large fenced yard and gated porch offer outdoor space to enjoy with your dogs.

A Cottage at Riverside welcomes up to four dogs, and cats are welcome too. There are no pet fees, breed restrictions, or weight limits for dogs.

Every stay includes our complimentary Paws on the Porch experience: a large dog bed, food and water bowls, treats, toys, muddy-paw towels, furniture protection blankets, and cleanup bags.

Relaxing Get-Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thoroughly enjoyed my few days, as did my three dogs. The cabin was clean and very inviting, and I loved the kitchen nook overlooking the river as well as the porch, both of where I spent time enjoying the scenery. The drive from White Path Road was almost a straight shot; I had no trouble finding it. I am thankful for the time there and plan on returning!

Little Piece of Heaven

We truly enjoyed the cabin. It was a very relaxing time away from the stresses of our everyday lives. Never been to a property so dog welcoming. We enjoyed the sounds of the river too. Was wonderful.

With four dogs between us and hectic work schedules, there was always an excuse. We finally planned this escape and I was fearful. To our surprise, the cabin was absolutely perfect! Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved everything about this cabin. It was the perfect place for our family of four (and two small dogs) to enjoy, unwind and enjoy our time together. We would highly recommend this rental. Very clean, had everything you will need to prepare meals, awesome fenced area for your dog, and sitting by the river is just the best. Our dogs felt right at home with dog toys , bowls and beds that were provided.
