Circa 1930 Beach Bungalow Ubicado en el corazón del Village Historic Preservation District. Completamente renovado a los tacos. Si buscas la casa rural costera con encanto perfecta, no busques más. Desde el pintoresco porche delantero hasta el relajante porche trasero, esta casa fue renovada con todos los detalles en mente. Convenientemente ubicado a poca distancia a pie de la playa, área del pueblo, restaurantes, tiendas, St. Faro y museo de Simons y la zona de diversión. We had a lovely stay at the cottage. It was extremely clean, smelled good, quiet, comfy, had a generous amount of pillows and kitchen utensils. We cannot wait to return.

This is our 2nd time at this house so that tells you how much we love it. The location is perfect. EASY walk to the shops and restaurants and extremely comfortable. The bed is ridiculously comfortable. The space is used so well. Decor 10/10 There is nothing we needed that wasn’t there for us. Clean and beautiful. So quiet in the house too. You don’t hear any street noise. The little detached 1/1 is perfect for an older child or even a mother in law or friend. Love this place! Cannot say enough about it!

Charming Bungalow in the Village

This was an outstanding property! Well maintained, beautifully decorated and close to everything. It is a small cottage so it's not really suited for a large group but it was perfect for us. Highly recommend.

Quite a Disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was like an unclean dorm party. Dead cockroaches in the kitchen, stained bed sheets with dog hair and fleas, sticky tables and counter tops, marijuana buts on the floor. Lots of hair left in the shower & the sinks. Also, very cheap toilet paper & paper towels, trash bags that did not fit the can. Incredibly filthy air vents. Sofa cushions and pillows are past the need for cleaning. Overall filthy!!We have stayed at this residence twice before. Each time the stay was wonderful and the place was pristine. Our recent stay was well below the quality we have come to expect from Georgia Coastal Realty. One year ago this place was almost new looking, now it really looks like a dump.

Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and an easy and shady walk to the beach. There is a charcoal grill and a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook any meals. The screened porch is large and has 2 ceiling fans. Plenty of towels in the bathroom is a big plus! Beautifully decorated inside and out. The outside shower at the guest cottage was great when you get back from a long day at the beach. But rinsing off a dog with just a shower is a little difficult. A water hose at the faucet would be a great addition! Would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen is very well-appointed. This cottage is less than a 5 minute walk to town and to the beach. My only complaint is that the living room rug needs to be swept more thoroughly since dogs are allowed. Other than that, this cottage is perfect.

Great Little Place with Terrific Location

We loved our stay in Saint Simons, and this little house was one of many reasons why. It was perfect for my wife and I in the main house, and the little cabin in the back was great for my boys (10 and 12) too. They often said things like, “Hey dad, after dinner, do you wanna come over to our place?” The addition out back gave the boys a little bit of freedom, but they were also a quick few steps away for a check in. The main house itself is beautiful and well designed. So many convenient little additions in the design (built in and dimmable reading lights in the master bedroom were great). The bed was also very comfortable, and we spent lots of time in the screened in back porch. And then there’s the location. It’s prime. Everything downtown is an easy walk away. We’d walk to dinner, to get ice cream, or just to look at the beautiful houses and live oaks. Thanks for making this a memorable and easy stay for us, and we hope to make it back soon!

My only hang up was the condition of the washing machine. It had a lot of mold in it, so I didn’t think it was safe to use. However, it’s understandable given that this is a rental house and no one lives here, so it’s not getting regular use. We alerted them to it when we left, so hopefully they rectify the issue. Other than that, no complaints, it was lovely.

This small cottage with a very large porch is brilliantly designed and beautifully decorated. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this is one of the best.
