St Simons Classic Beach Cottage

Circa 1930 Beach Bungalow Ubicado en el corazón del Village Historic Preservation District. Completamente renovado a los tacos. Si buscas la casa rural costera con encanto perfecta, no busques más. Desde el pintoresco porche delantero hasta el relajante porche trasero, esta casa fue renovada con todos los detalles en mente. Convenientemente ubicado a poca distancia a pie de la playa, área del pueblo, restaurantes, tiendas, St. Faro y museo de Simons y la zona de diversión. La casa principal ofrece un plano de planta abierto que incluye una acogedora sala de estar con TV de alta definición de 50 pulgadas, comedor en el comedor, cocina del chef con barra de desayuno, encimeras personalizadas y electrodomésticos de primera línea. Charming Bungalow in the Village

This is our 2nd time at this house so that tells you how much we love it. The location is perfect. EASY walk to the shops and restaurants and extremely comfortable. The bed is ridiculously comfortable. The space is used so well. Decor 10/10 There is nothing we needed that wasn’t there for us. Clean and beautiful. So quiet in the house too. You don’t hear any street noise. The little detached 1/1 is perfect for an older child or even a mother in law or friend. Love this place! Cannot say enough about it!

This was an outstanding property! Well maintained, beautifully decorated and close to everything. It is a small cottage so it's not really suited for a large group but it was perfect for us. Highly recommend.

Spring Break vacation

The home was really wonderful. Anything you might want to cook with was there and for a compact space the home was really comfortable and beautifully decorated. I loved the screened porch and the master suite.

Lovely cottage!

Well located for walking/biking to beach, restaurants, lighthouse. Bright, beautifully decorated house with well equipped kitchen. Back screen porch was awesome for meals, reading, visiting. Private back patio was a great setting for my daily yoga

Adorable cottage near everything

This little house is even cuter than it looks online. It is a wonderful screened in back porch and a patio with a fountain - so relaxing! It's within easy walking distance of the beach, as well as at least 10 restaurants. Loved it!

The home was recently remodeled and the furniture, beds, etc are all new and very comfortable. The location was perfect as it was a very short walk to the village and also very close to the beach.
