多数の石段があるため、ヴィラは移動に問題がある人には適していません。 また、外部階段の上部に階段ゲートがありますが、内部階段ゲートはありません。 また、私たちには薄いドロップのインフィニティプールがありますので、年齢を問わず子供は常に責任ある大人によって監督されなければならず、リロ、インフレータブルボートなどの浮揚装置を大人なしで使用することはできませんインフィニティプールの端に浮かぶ。

Villa JaySea is the perfect combination of all the luxuries of a hotel in the privacy of your own villa. The villa team were brilliant from the daily maid, who also prepared breakfast to the sunbeds being reset every morning and bread delivered were the little touches that make a holiday!Communication with Joanna from the start was very informative and friendly and shared so many tips for days out.This is all in addition to an amazing villa, with so much space and everything you need.

Very lovely & spacious villa - we couldn’t have asked for more! Great rooms, outside area (the infinity pool was wonderful), pool table, table tennis, and bar! Joanna was exceptional, giving so much great information about the resort, dining options (in and out), local taxis, and transfers etc etc. Every question asked was answered thoroughly.We had bread delivered every morning & a cleaner daily.Kadir was on hand whenever we needed him too. Keeping the outside spotless, bringing us fresh water, and helping with any technical queries.Kalkan was a great mix and the locals are lovely!Highly recommended!Thanks Joanna

Beautiful villa with stunning views across to Kalkan Bay. The villa was well equipped and provided our family of varying ages with lots of space and in house entertainment. The infinity pool was a welcome relief from some very hot days. We also had caterers for one evening

Superb stay

The villa was spacious enough for us all. A real treat to have bread delivered daily and the house to be cleaned daily. Nothing was too much trouble, A superb villa with all of the amenities you need. We came with 2 16 years olds and 2 19 years old. We all loved it.

Amazing Villa / Location

I have used owners direct quite a few times over the years and stayed in some lovely villas. This villa 'Jaysea' was by far the best we have ever stayed in. Beautiful ! Large open dining/ sitting / kitchen , really comfy seating in lounge. Kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need Bedrooms very spacious with really big, comfy beds. Air con in all rooms. Outside areas.... 3 different terraces, with lots of seating , BBQ , infinity pool , jacuzzi. I cannot begin to list all of the qualities of this villa. Joanna the owner is superb in customer service & commitment , she gets back to within hours of a query. Joanna us when we were there to check everything was OK Will get shopping delivered before you arrive if you send her a list as well as a welcome pack! The people Joanna has working for her Razaman & his wife Songul are extremely helpful & friendly as well as the people she recommends to use in Kalkan. Aian the taxi driver always prompt, great service ( taxis are really cheap) Kalkan is beautiful town with many lovely restaurants one of our favourites were Kalamaki in the town with rooftop al fresco dining. Cannot recommend this villa enough.

amazing! A real haven!

This has been our fourth trip to kalkan and each time we have stayed at Joanna's villas, three times and Jaysea and once at the lovely Amycha. Each time it just gets better and better......the villas are a real haven. We have extremely busy lives and so we relax the minute we arrive. The villas are so well equipped, are so beautiful and are maintained so well. The information in the villa is so detailed and so broad that we didn't have to do any time consuming investigating ourselves which meant we wasted no time of the wonderful holiday. Each one of the recommendations that we availed ourselves of were amazing! The "in villa" massage, Mahal in the evening, our boat trip, Kazim, the chef who cooks at the villa. Even details like the recommended taxi driver etc makes it so easy to sit back and relax! The villa is equipped for all ages....i have four children between the ages of 15 and 18 months and it was great for them all...of course the xbox was used well! Thoroughly amazing and would thoroughly recommend. Joanna goes above and beyond as nothing is too much for her. She booked some of our outings and arranged our massage! Truly a fabulous, second to none, service!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Great holiday

Villa was in a lovely location with sun all day, steep but easy walk in to town, taxis back are cheap and it's also easy to WhatsApp a driver to pick up from the villa too. Villa was lovely and spacious with great facilities. Joanna was very prompt at dealing with any queries and always helpful with advice on things to do. Absolutely loved kalkan, we will be returning

Stunning location and Villa!

We had an absolutely fabulous time in Villa Jaysea! A beautiful view, a lovely villa and overall fantastic support and service. Everything is taken care of in terms of logistics and organisation. Would definitely recommend. The only slight challenge is wifi but that is an area challenge in Kalkan at the moment and not specifically related to the Villa. The guidance book in the Villa is really well done and gives you everything you need for a great holiday. Overall a fabulous place to stay 😊

Fabulous villa - pity about VRBO

Oue stay in this villa had been postponed for 2 years because of covid. Joanna was fabulous during this period & held our booking up for the same price. The villa itself was superb - confort, facilities, position etc were all excellent. Kadir bringing bread every morning & his wife / friend maintaining the cleanliness & doing breakfast was just perfect. Possibly the greatest & maybe simplest / cheapest thought provided was the water dispenser & large bottles of water - saved us a huge amount of time & effort. We walked down the town most evenings & got a taxi back for 50TL. We have been to Kalkan previously & absolutely love the place & its great rooftop restaurants. Everything as said was fabulous but I will NEVER again book through VRBO - they took £170 service fee off us & provided NIL service. Due to the break between booking & going, VRBO changed names & accounts were then frozen & seperated. For us, this meant that we could not take benefit of VRBO's guarantee of money paid & hence had to pay Joanna direct. Whilst there was no issue whatsoever in doing this, it was the main reason for going through an agent - to ensure security of our money. Hence the £170 we paid should have been refunded to us as they could not provide this security - despite repeated requests, they refused to do this.

A wonderful holiday in a villa ideally suited to us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at Jay Sea. The time flew by and we were reluctant to leave. Joanna was a perfect host and everything that she organised for us including our beautiful boat trip with Captain Ali and his wife and Lauren’s superb dinner cooked at the villa were all exceptional, extremely well planned and enjoyed by all of us. So many memorable days and at the end of each day we had the pleasure of returning to a very comfortable, clean, well appointed and and beautifully positioned villa. Thank you.

Fantastic accommodation in Kalkan

Very rarely do I write a review for anything but our fantastic stay at Villa Jaysea deserves a massive thank you. It was the perfect home away from home, and as one of our first holidays with our new baby (6 months old) the Villa amenities made life so easy and relaxing. Joanna and the team were incredibly accommodating when it came to preparing the villa for a baby. Along side the cot she even organised a blow up bath and indoor/outdoor toys for our little one. Ramazan and his wife were also great when it came to respecting her naps during cleaning time and his omelettes at breakfast time were 5 stars! The pool is amazing and is maintained daily. Kalkan in general is just a wonderful place to be and we will definitely be returning next year. Thanks again

Fantastic !

We stayed in Villa Jaysea for 10 days with our 2 young boys (9 and 6) and had another fantastic stay, this is the 3rd time we have stayed in this villa. Everything is catered for brilliantly in this very spacious and beautifully decorated villa and we have already booked again for next year. We would thoroughly recommend Villa Jaysea to anyone looking to stay in Kalkan. It has a beautiful infinity pool with a stunning view and plenty of amenities to keep our boys entertained (table tennis, air hockey/pool table, X Box etc. We used the upper bedrooms which again are very spacious and have fantastic balcony views of Kalkan. All of the bedrooms also have en-suites which is a big bonus. We felt a bit guilty about having the villa to ourselves as the 2 downstairs bedrooms were not used at all so maybe we will invite another family with us next year - there is certainly plenty space for 2 families in this villa. We walked down to the village every day and although it is a bit of a trek back up the hill we were only circa £3 in a taxi to get home so this worked really well for us. Kalkan itself is a beautiful and vibrant place with brilliant shops and fantastic rooftop restaurants and bars. The hard bit is picking a restaurant as we have never had a bad meal in Kalkan and there are many brilliant restaurants we are still to try - a good reason to come back again next year ! To sum up we had another brilliant stay in Villa Jaysea and would thoroughly recommend this to anyone wanting a memorable and luxurious stay in Kalkan.

Superb villa superb location superb service - you just have to go !!! You'll love it !!

Well, from the moment I booked jaysea villa the communication from the owner Joanna was fantastic, she organised activities for us to do during our 5 night stay, chef Rosie cooked us a fabulous meal, a lovely lady who was nicely chatty without being intrusive, definitely recommend Rosie!!! Captain abdi took us out on his gorgeous boat, the lunch was absolutely delicious and very well presented, captain abdi was lovely, took care of a couple of us who were feeling a little seasick , he supplied snorkels and woggles for the water , plenty of sunbathing space, we had refreshing fruit mid afternoon and a simple afternoon tea towards the end of the day . Definitely a must do . Joanna gave a very detailed list of bars and restaurants which was a great help, we used a taxi arranged by Joanna which was great - a very comfortable air conditioned 12 seater . The welcome pack of food was great , the local supermarket is a short taxi ride however Joanna offered to have shopping delivered prior to our arrival should we have wanted it.. villa jaysea is superb - The photos don't really do it justice !! The decor is tastefull it's a very spacious villa and very comfortable , whether you're outside or in , kitchen is well equipped not that we cooked 😂 The lovely family who look after the villa cooked us breakfast every day at a time of our choosing , cleaned the house and outside area laying out sunbeds with towels ready for a day of relaxing and being silly in the pool , they also brought us bits of shopping - nothing was too much trouble , .drinking water dispenser , towels and hairdryers were supplied Everything was perfect for us - 7 ladies of mixed ages, in a gorgeous villa, with fabulous sunshine a few Gin and Tonics and a lovely evening in kalkan , what more could you want !! Kalkan itself is very pretty .. lots of rooftop restaurants cobbled streets and nice shops, ladies take lots of pennies to spend in the leather shops ... I went into one and bought more goodies everyday .. how I got it all home is a miracle!! Our taxi home was a fab air conditioned 7 seater who took us to a private.beach resort arranged by Joanna , it was a fabulous way to spend our last day , the only downside was that the showers are the ones you use at the beach so no shampoo or shower gel allowed, a bit tricky before leaving but we managed .. ended our trip with sundowners in the bar. Perfect!! A very big thankyou to Joanna for an amazing stay. Love love loved it !!!!

SUPERB !!

Villa Jaysea is a fantastic villa. From the infinity pool and stunning views, to the amenities/facilities and the very friendly and efficient housekeeping staff everything was absolutely perfect. Our boys loved it as there are so many things for them to do at the villa, swimming pool, pool table/Air Hockey, table, table tennis and x box meant they had plenty to keep them entertained ! Kalkan itself is a fantastic place filled with great shops, very friendly people and a large number of superb roof terrace restaurants - we have never had a bad meal in Kalkan ! As per our holiday here 2 years ago we cannot fault anything and highly recommend Villa Jaysea for anyone looking to holiday in Kalkan. We will definitely be coming back next year and booking this villa again !

Simply Fabulous !

This was our 5th stay in the gorgeous Kalkan, our second visit to one of Joanna's villas which are just fantastic. We stayed with 2 other couples in Jaysea after staying with them in Amycha last year. Jaysea was as expected such a fabulous place with amazing views which we enjoyed whilst spending a lazy week around the pool. Although we did do more than last year, including a sunset cruise which we haven't done before, we all really enjoyed that. Joanna, thank you for being so helpful in the lead up to our stay, we had such a lovely holiday and will definitely be back!

Best Holidays in Kalkan like Paradies

Hi Joanna. Thanks for everyone. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Eine Villa die sich auch Villa nennen lässt. Vom Infinity pool bis hin zum Jacuzzi ist alles dabei. Dieses Haus werden wir aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen. Danke an Ramazan und Söngül. Jeden Tag war alles perfekt sauber. Wir vermissen es jetzt schon und wollen unbedingt wieder dahin. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Euch wird nichts fehlen. Die beste und gepflegteste Villa in der Umgebung. Kaputas Beach und Patara Beach nur 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Einfach nur ein Traum. Joanna ist eine super liebe Gastgeberin die sich um alles kümmert und darauf wert legt, dass man einen perfekten und entspannten Urlaub hat. Luxury stay in the Villa Jaysea

Just come back from a family stay at the beautiful Jaysea Villa, the pictures do not do the villa justice, we had an amazing stay, at the Villa it was lovely and clean and the views are incredible. The town below did not disappoint with so many fantastic restaurants that welcomed us and help make some lovely family memories, this is our 5th visit to Kalkan and each time it just gets better. thanks Joanna for letting us stay and helping us create some lovely family memories that will be treasured.

OMG - What a fabulous villa. Myself and my family stayed here in August to celebrate my 60th birthday. This was our 2nd visit to Kalkan but the first time in this villa. We were excited to stay at Villa Jaysea. It looked stunning from the photos, and we were not disappointed from the minute we arrived. It was immaculate with a huge amount of indoor and outdoor space and suited our family of 3 children and 5 adults very nicely. It really is an amazing villa, awesome! Joanna the owner is extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help my daughter in law organise some special birthday treats for my 60th birthday, thank you very much. Joanna even went out of her way to call us from the UK on our first day to check everything was OK. We spent many days lazing by the pool admiring the amazing view across Kalkan bay whilst sipping Effes watching the children enjoy themselves for hours in the infinity pool. My grandchildren, twin boys (aged 4 & grandaughter (aged 7) absolutely loved it and want to return. They speak of the villa and Kalkan frequently saying how much they miss it. I would highly recommend you book the local chef Kazim to cook for you at the villa. The food was amazing, what one man on his own can produce in a few hours is outstanding. Kazim was also cooking for the villa next door the following day and kindly popped in to give our 3 children a chocolate bar, such a sweet guy! Kalkan itself is beautiful and quaint and can be reached by a short 10-15min downhill stroll. With so so many rooftop restaurants with such good quality food , it was hard to choose where to eat. All the people in the various bars/ restaurants were so friendly and welcoming. Ramazan & Songul (poolman & his wife) kept the villa spotless.They looked after us brilliantly. You must come and stay here, it is fabulous. A day hasn't gone by since returning home that I haven't thought about my holiday in Kalkan and Villa Jaysea. Like my grandchildren say, I too, miss everything. I sooooooooooooooooooo want to come back here. For those of you who follow Strictly Come Dancing - in the style of Craig Revell Horwood - this villa is A M A Z I N G Ps Joanna - Many thanks for all your help supporting Mel to arrange the various surprises for my 60th birthday. I will never ever forget it. I so want to come back.

Beautiful villa

We were a party of 5 staying at Jay Sea. The villa was immaculate and very luxurious. Joanna the owner had thought of everything, from the daily bread delivery to the very useful information booklet, giving lots of advice on restaurants and trips in Kalkan. The games area was good fun for the times when you need to get out of the sun for a while. Overall, we had a really lovely holiday and would definitely recommend this villa.

Hi spec property with excellent facilities

Fantastic modern and luxurious villa in Kalkan. Joanna the owner is more than helpful and ensured our holiday was to the high standard we expected. We had been used to the Exclusive Escapes villa experience for our previous holidays in Kalkan and this villa was excellent for comfort and luxury.

I want to go back ....now!

What an amazing stay we had at Villa Jaysea, Kalkan. We were extremely fortunate to be able to secure the May half term week and we only wished we could of stayed longer. The villa itself was so tastefully decorated and elegantly stylish. There were four of us that stayed – 3 adults and one child. We were spoilt for choice with bedrooms. All four double bedrooms were generously sized with inbuilt wardrobes. One room which homed two double beds was located on the ground floor – this worked for my 7 year old son and mother in law, and for us who were on the second floor! The villa itself was extremely well equipped with kitchen utensils, English TV (not that we used it very often but it was good to know we had). The games terrace on the ground floor housed table tennis, billiards and when you turned the table over, changed to an air hockey table – didn’t realise how competitive we were. The infinity pool was stunning and to be able to look onto the beautiful sea view was simply breath taking. Well done on the colour schemes of the beach towels, really bright and cheery and we loved outside beds. What a pretty town Kalkan is with great shops & restaurants. When we were there, it was quiet as it looks as though people could be avoiding Turkey, but we felt extremely safe and I would say it is not to be avoided as you’ll be missing out. The people are lovely and couldn’t do enough for us when we were there … just a note to self to take more money with me next year as I could of spent soooo much more on handbags and shoes!! My husband, whom is a man of few words let alone emotion said it was the best holiday he’d had – so that’s a testament in itself! Can’t wait to return and we have booked the same dates next year for 10 days this time. Roll on May 2017 x
